  These videos were shot on a digital camera in 1999 & 2000, then converted to realplayer streaming before editing. Gustaf spent about 7 years with the original media, finding the edits and replicating for vimeo. Thats all we got, and a few videos we never did find, guess the camera man didnt give me all the tapes.
  So, old tech, best we can do.

 There was one more video, not sure if we uploaded it, as it is not part of FST.  A rare promo I shot for the website of another FemDom, who went by the name of Goddess Dianna Vesta. I am not sure if Gustaf converted it, because he was working from the transcripts of each lesson to find the original snippet, and it was part of the same video shoot series but not a lesson transcript.
  It was about FemDom tantra, which is a much earlier, personal and physical form of magic, and hazardous in the extreme, mostly to myself. I explored my Guru siddhis through BDSM magic, and getting completely burnt out on being Goddess for people, made me do the 180 away from the FemDom Tantra Guru gig to the DIY self empowerment that is FST. 

  I have asked if he can go back sometime, and see if there are bits that got left on the cutting room floor that are worth salvaging.  We did two or three takes of most of the videos and being improv/channelling, I did not say the same thing each time.  Each of the lessons is a single take, though edited to remove coughing fits when I choked on the flood of amrita nectar in my throat.

  I will share a little secret, since you both are so interested.

   Before FST opened, I shared a vid with a shaman friend. She said they are great but the bright white flashes on the screen, gave her a headache and asked if there had been some problem with the lighting or camera. Yea she watched the same vids as you but could see the shaktizaps and did not know the blinding white flashes, are not visible to others.

  On a whim, I rented space at a psychic fair once, and decided to work entirely by donation, with anyone who asked. Had an interesting fun day, busy and ended up making more than the tarot readers etc who were charging $35. a reading and twiddling their thumbs all day. 

  At one point I decided to go visit the other tables. My space was in a corner, the fair was in a school gymnasium. The table on the other end of the aisle, when I told them where my little tent and chairs were set up, asked was someone doing photography over there? They kept seeing a flash of light in that corner, like a flashbulb going off.

   No, no one. The angle of their table put my spot at the very edge of their peripheral vision, where the third eye is most active. They were seeing the Shaktizaps, and thought it was flash photography.

  Here is the secret, if you watch very closely, you will notice just before I gather breath to speak, a split second pause where I am completely motionless. It looks natural, a tiny blip you won't even notice it unless you watch closely. Flash! ADD calls it a "blink out" but for me it is a split second catatonic state, where I become nothing and Goddess is giving me the download, the essence of the message. Then resuming embodiment, the throat and heart translate it into words that come out of me without needing to think of what to say. 

  It is a shaman thing, for less experienced shamans the trance might take minutes spent motionless,  zoned out staring off into space, unaware of anything around them and maybe get misdiagnosed, epileptic.  We call it, a download. Not always recalling the content of the download right away either, because the translation takes longer. Age, experience and transparency, for the download to take an instant and the translation to be immediate, flowing without thought.

  If I am a little less grounded, I say "ya know" a lot.  Embarassing verbal tic, I hold myself to higher standards...

  Those split second catatonic pauses, are the purest moments of the channelling, when I am nothing and therefore everything, and She Is In The House. Flash! Direct transmission of the shaktipat of information, the essence before it even takes form into words... and then the flow of words to help the conscious mind integrate the insight.   

  If you are brave and crazy enough to go looking for that, you might bite off more than you can chew, fry like an ant. Fools rush in! I find it very disrespectful when students get so greedy for shakti without respecting Her power, they make themselves insane. The human psyche does not respond well to sudden and extreme shifts of consciousness.
 
  Be extremely well grounded before you try it, and prepared to be surrendering and dumping overload at least 5x a day for a few days after. In the normal way of watching the videos, the blips are so quick and natural that you do not consciously notice them, the transmission is direct to the unconscious, which filters for what you can handle and translates whats pertinent to you, in the moment. Safety.
  To take that timeless instant and stretch it out, receptive, consciously... approach with care.

 

Fascinating Mystress!  It is nice to learn more about what is going on "behind the scenes."  I will watch and be open to whatever I can receive that is for my highest good, as Goddess wills.

There’s a very noticeable zap (and kind of spookily apropos, given the subject matter) right at the beginning of the Entity Removal vid. It happens right after the download you've described, as you begin to speak, and I think you nearly fry the camera with it!

These types of aberrations happen throughout all the videos and, as you end up mentioning in one of them, we can go back and notice that it’s not just your energy affecting the equipment but, as our awareness grows, it’s also our own third eye picking up on your aura/energy fluctuating, etc.

I just reached the Kegels lesson, and your energy in this video is so fun and bubbly/sparkly hahah.

And then there are other times, when you switch over to this sultry voice, and say things with such intensity, that it’s like, whoa… who IS this lady?

It makes sense that you are channeling Goddess, because there are no traces of self-consciousness, even when you get a tongue twister or the amrita cough. You just get right back in the flow.

I’m not sure if I’ll be trying to spot the downloads… I don’t know if I ever reported this, but when I first started the course and watched the videos, I got this insane feeling of being overamped, a live wire, wired up, like I would have to go running to get rid of the excess energy or something.

Ugh, that day… The sky was such a weird, ugly color, and I felt so insane. That time corresponded with karmic issues manifesting in real life, stuff about projecting my Divine Beloved onto a special someone (did not have words for this at the time). I mentioned it in one of my early posts here.

Even before I started FST, I think I was on the grounding page of Kundalini-Teacher, but I had to take my hand off the mouse, because there was energy surging in my hand and arm, and I just felt euphoric and laughed.

There’s no telling people who just start and are greedy for the energy, some can only learn the hard way, but… they will pay the price 

I don’t think I had migraines before starting FST, either, and I had my second worst one ever early on. The worst one ever was more recent, but I think it was more because I got a little bit too much sleep. I have to guard against getting even slightly too much sleep these days, because I will suffer a terrible migraine later that day if I do.
