Watching as I sleep

A few nights ago I had pressure in my head directly in the center...I gave it attention as I nodded off and I could feel pulsing and tingling inside it felt very peaceful. Not sure how long I was asleep but for some reason I woke up and there floating in mid air a couple of feet from my face was a bluish greenish shape my eyes began focusing best way to describe it would be a 3d geometric figure. As my eyes regained their focus it faded away. I turned to my side and looked at the clock...12:34 I watched it tick to 12:35. Not more than 10 - 15 seconds later the numbers began to blur and it was 12:39 .....2 seconds more and it was 12:40am. My heart began to beat heavy with excitement.  I have played around before.. observing a clock and watching as time slowed causing the second hand to stop for more than a second but this is the first time I had ever witnessed time accelerate on a digital clock. Very exciting and interesting stuff...many other things have occurred while in trance states but this was the most vivid that I have experienced in an "awake" state.
