Question regarding upper chest chakra energy

When filling up with energy from the upper chest chakra, I have usually tried to direct the energy to different parts of my body, but within the boarders of my body. I have actually sometimes had some problems making the energy move as I want to. But now I have recently noticed that the energy tend to form a cloud, which is spreading much more quickly and easily, almost by it self, and not only inside my body but also outside and around it. This also seems to make the filling up of energy much more effective. I almost tend to get too much of heat and tingling in all parts of my body. I just want to check if this is okay. Is this energy supposed to fill up the aura too? Or what is happening? Is there a risk I get too much of this energy?
