Hi,

My computer speakers are pretty caput, and I'm also having trouble downloading videos. Mystress, I think when you had to change my password, the change didn't make it for the downloading videos. Could this be the case?

Anyway, I've been doing the lessons by reading the mataerial instead of the videos. Do you think this decreases the effect?

hiya Barg,

i'm the one who transcribed all the videos... my opinion is that alot is lost by not hearing Mystress's inflections of voice and seeing her body language...

the videos are working fine on my computer... and it is unlikely that a password change can cause distorterd sound... if passwords don't work, you don't get in...

most likely, you have corrupt files in your real player... i suggest re-installing it and seeing if that helps... remember to save any realplayer faves that you have saved on the system first...

it's not about distorted sound, i can't get in using my new password. A few months ago, my old password stopped working, so Mystress had me do a new one, which gets me into the lessons, but now when i click on video, i get asked for a password, and the new one doesn't work in it.

My speakers are shot. Only one works, and the push button that turns it on is broken, so I have to prop it "on" with a large nail file that I place between it and the computer for tension. Hi-tech, eh? But, I can get sound.

Is there anything to be done about the password thing?

Mystress enters the passwords for the website, and her partner at VirtualSpace enters them for the videos... i suggest writing to Mark at: Administrator@virtual-space-ltd.com  ... it will save the step of you telling Mytsress, and then waiting for her to be able to contact Mark...
