Clearing Sushumna

I would just like to share a form of clearing/surrender that I became aware of the other day.

When I used the inner eye to scan my energy body for karma to surrender, I was for a moment instead led to look down the Sushumna passage, where Shakti flows, and noticed that various kinds of lint, junk and blockages can form there, too.

Also I found that if I clear things in and surrounding that passage, it becomes easier to find and clear things in the rest of the energy body later on.

Try out and see if it resonates for you. :)

Thank you! I will try to remember that and try it later on. Today I am still working only with my kinaesthetic representations (mostly my body feelings). I have had an almost unbearable outburst of energy each time I touched my Sushumna since the autumn of 2003 until earlier this year. Early this autumn I started concentrating on the Sushumna as a part of my daily chakra meditation. I had to take it step by step, but after a month or so most of the excessive energy seemed to have run out. Then I started practicing one breath of the ajapa japa meditation (moving awareness up and down the spine with the psychic breath). After a few weeks I could do more and more and today I am up at 20 without any problems. And actually, today this process started spontaneously soon after I had sat down to meditate. I hope this will hep me clean out my power chakra, which is now my first concern.

In a Serpent Fire Tummo initiation, the first thing I do is place my hands on the top of the initiates head, send white light energy down the central channel and watch where the energy goes.  It is an instant diagnostic, works almost like sonar, or a barium X-ray.

Maybe one in 100 it will go right through and down the lower grounding cord indicating a clear channel. In 90% of people it doesn't make it past the heart or the power chakra, occasionally not even to the throat.

Not a judgment like it sounds, if they were clear they would not be seeking initiation, I'd be out of a job. It just Is... A validation of your discovery.  The diagnostic tells me where the karma is, by where the light doesn't go... similar to the basic karma clearing, where you get well grounded and see where the light is *not.*

Mostly I see it bouncing off blockages or shielding like a garden hose directed at a wall, spattering deflected...or making a detour around various chakras, or dissipating into nothing.
At that point I have not even looked at their energy, I do that as I go through the chakras, sparking the fire.

A tummo initiation involves clearing the central channel to make way for the Tummo fire. and the light-sonar quickly gives me an overview of what is in the way of that.

That having a clear central channel acts like an invitation for K to rise is secondary.  I mention it because people ask what is the difference between a 3 hour Shaktipat session and a Tummo initiation.

Birthday party at my house tonight, you are all invited! :) Blessings.

Thanks for sharing those insights!

Next time you have a birthday party I just might fly over and drop in. :)

Isn't one of the purposes for Ajapa Japa to clear the central channel?

Yes, I have always thought that was the main purpose. There has come some kind of subtle change from me cleaning of the central channel and I have come to feel better from it in a rather subtle way. I don%rsquot know to what extent this has improved my power chakra status, but I feel as if the energy is flowing much more freely after I got rid of all that energy that was somehow concentrated in the central channel.
