 Hello, and welcome to the FST Tearoom.

Having a sense of community of shared experience is important for spiritual growth. Good company of other spiritual people is called "satsangh" in Sanskrit.

Please feel free to write about any part of your process, and share openly of yourself and your experiences. Everyone's experience of Kundalini is as unique as we are, but there are some common effects.
People learn a lot, from reading the experiences of others, so I prefer to offer support in an open venue.

It is my hope that this forum will provide a sense of community between the students and seekers who are drawn to enroll in Fire Serpent Tantra.

"Where 2 or more are gathered, Goddess is there". I have found that this effect works even in cyberspace communities. Through shared experience we grow closer.

It is my expectation that a group of people on a spiritual path will be polite to each other, precluding the need for community ettiquite guidelines.
