Merkaba and Light work

You briefly mentioned the dangers of merkaba work in one of you websites. Could you elaborate on it?

Are there any other members here who do energy/light work. How has K affected your lightwork?

  Hi, Seeker:

  Mer-ka-ba is an ancient Hebrew word from the Kaballah, and is among the most sacred of magics... sacred/secret because it is dangerous.

 I dunno much about that... my study of the esoterica of the Kaballah is limited...

 However, I tried out Drunvalo's Merkaba for 6 months and it was a time of great chaos. Here are several reasons why it is a really stupid idea to walk around in a 50' aura that is trying to drag everyone near you into a higher vibration. (Same goes for some kinds of Lightwork.)

 #1. It is not consensual. You are poking the karma of everyone around you in a 50' radius whether they want you to or not, and the negative karma feedback from that projection will kick your ass.

 #2) It is a dimensional travelling machine, powered by thought... so unless you are a Zen Master with a silent mind, your thoughts are likely to take you a lot of places you might not want to go, that are harder to get out of than get into... because you have to realize you are stuck before you can get free... and because the shift is the way it is, you might not notice how your world has changed right away.

 Taking on karma from people is like taking of ego-personality fragments from people... your personality can change from it, and you might  not notice right away. Theoretically, the Merkaba sweeps it all away before it reaches you, but Free will is Goddess Law and no human magic is stronger than that.

 #3) #1 + #2 = if someone within 50 feet of you is paranoid, or thinks Armageddon is around the corner, then possibly you will be dragged into their universe... their personality. Oy~!

 #4. You do not need it to ascend or travel dimensions. Goddess built that equiptment right in and the factory system works much better than any human invention. Your thoughts already take you to different universes and dimensions, but if you have enough karma to have a busy mind then the static slows the process, and keeps you stable in yourself. This is like a built in safety feature. We do not get power till we have grown enough to use it wisely.

 It is the same with Reiki... the ability to tap into source and share energy is built in, and the human designed symbols and meanings tend to have a lot of limiting beliefs to them that makes them dis-advantagous when you are aiming for non-duality. Reiki is not too bad, but a merkaba is quite hazardous.

 Generally, I avoid implanting symbols of any kind into people. I have spent too much time removing them, because they had turned into a dumb idea later. Past life initiations, Lovers promises of "true love forever" ...all kinds of junk like that just leaves blockages you carry into the next trip.
 Anytime you are thinking someone needs to change or be fixed, you are not seeing them as God of their own lives... so take the stone from your own eye instead.
 The exception is if someone is asking you to help them fix themselves... in which case you can choose to accept or reject their limiting beliefs about themselves. Agree, and help them fix, or just let them be.
