Well, I had a really neat thing happen to me last night. As I posted on K-list, I basically surrendered to dying _AGAIN_ {grin). But after I did I had a nice flutter of energy up thru me and I said to Lady K, not even thinking about what I was saying... *well that's very nice thank you, now if we can just do sumthin about this light in my head I'll go to sleep now.*

And then I realized: OMG!!! The light in my head is back! It's been so long since I saw that. I forgot how comforting it is. And once I went into it, I fell asleep. A good sleep, from the past few restless uncomfortable evenings. That was nice. I feel better today too. Emotionally that is. My eyes were funky this AM too. Like when you get oil in them and everything is prism smeared. Then I got a short blip of a migraine, and then I was fine. This has happened to me before too, and I think it's related to gunk clearing from my head and eyes.

And I've been calling my Soul and my higher self into me (out loud) every morning. Hey, I ain't going thru all this dramatic suffering if they're not gonna pay attention, and just read the cliff notes once I'm dead. NOT FAIR! Get your energetic ass down here and suffer with me. LOL! {GRIN) I sure hope this is the end of the death wish stuff. Yea, the drama is fun. I'll miss it, sniff, NOT! GRIN. giggle

Excellent, Rebeckah. Glad your light is back and that you slept well. It's nice when cool shit happens, yes?

I wake up with a lot of gunk, too, every single morning pretty much. So first thing in the a.m., I've been doing Mystress's lesson on karma clearing with grounding. It's been doing wonders. (I don't know if you've seen that lesson yet, but it's cool.) After a maximum of 15 minutes I just turn into a huge tingly oval of light, a much better way to start the day than with knots and pains and gunk! I ask Gabriel and Goddess to fill the holes with love, light, and grace; and for a finishing touch I ask Gabriel to ground me so I can see how long it takes. If I've removed all the blocks it takes no time flat to become a tingly, white-lighted mass. Sometimes I feel a block I missed and have him zap it. This is so cool!

It definitely helps to gather in the troops for the day. I do the same thing, mostly getting Gabriel up and runnin'! (More like getting myself to the point where I let him in! lol)

Thats cool you got your light back. I seem to be getting things back too. It makes me think... All this enlightenment stuff is about getting back things we already knew.

I have a hard time getting to sleep to, and I used to have bad dreams. But I always ask Goddess to surround me with Her light and to protect, heal, and guide me tonight. Have not had bad dreams since. Read that in a book and adapted it. Also when I wake up I ask Goddess to go ahead of me and prepare my day for me and make it all nice for me. Its cool, every day now something happens that I like. I'll see a nice sunset from a really good spot, or feel good about something else, or just feel better. Its pretty cool, I wonder what nice thing will happen today for me. Whenever I do this I just feel better about the day.

I'm going to try Leslee's things out tomorrow heh. Thanks.
