Small update, I haven’t been on FST in quite some time but I’m looking to redo some lessons and get a better understanding of it all. I spent time on the lessons but I didn’t fully grasp and implement the techniques and fully master them so I’m going back to re try. I have a lot of free time lately so I want to get back into this. I’m forever grateful for my awakening even through the ups and downs. Looking forward to reconnecting with this community :)

I have a lot to say but I’ll save it for another time, also, I’ve been really lonely lately, recently moved to a new place to pursue a new career and I’ve had difficulties forming new relationships. I would love to connect on here, please feel free to reach out to me, I’m looking forward to reaching out to others on here as well.

Welcome back!

Kundalini is evolutionary and therefore a life-long learning path.

We are never done learning.

We may become familiar but there is always new stuff to learn.

How are things?

Hi Gopi :)

Doing a bit better, lost sight of the path and wasn’t spending enough time grounding, but today I did some cardio, grounded on several occasions, going to get back to the one breath method to help, shoot I even did some stretching. Now I just need to get back in my journal and write more :)

So I’m doing better, still haven’t made friends here. I went to high school here and never liked the people here lol

It seems like the vibes and people where I used to live were better for me? Or something? It’s hard to pin point but yeah haven’t made a lot of friends.

How are you? Graduated with a PhD yet? (Very exciting)

Much love

Hello Savas,

Good to hear from you. And glad to hear that you are feeling more grounded.

About friends: This can be a bit tricky.

As K energy burns through and purifies you, your vibration rises.

This means people who are more invested in their personal growth will come closer to you.

And people who engage only at surface level will lose interest.

As you become more true to yourself, you will lose interest in shallow relationships and feel drawn towards those who provide deep satisfying relationships.

We humans have a natural desire to BELONG in a community with others.

Although it is not always easy to find deep meaningful relationships that nourish us.

Goddess brings people into our lives if we remain open.

Hope you have a lovely summer.

Namaste,
Gopi

PS: I finished my PhD in 2017 :)

Sorry if this space seems abandoned, I did see your post early but hyperfocused elsewhere.

You once said you think I am a world teacher and I have finally concluded you are right. The new tech, Retroactive Prevention for PTSD seems to work on other things too.

https://kundalini-teacher.com/karma/retroprevention.html

So I am starting a world peace art project to share it with the world, called Minions of Mercy after the bodhisattva 'slaves to compassion' but Jungian and secular.

I do have big plans for FST too.

Gopi, yes making friends is much more difficult now that I am awakened and at such a young age. I woke up 5 years ago when I was 22. I’m almost 28 now and most people my age aren’t on the same level as me spiritually. I hope I’m not coming off as pretentious because that is not the case. I love other people and do not want to place myself above them in any way but it seems like most people are more concerned about their image or whatever it may be than investing their True Self in a relationship. Which makes it hard to make friends. I’m asking Goddess to allow other awakened people in my life and I am open to the possibilities.

Lol it’s so funny I thought you were still working on your PhD :D

I remember reading a post of yours when you presented the “I just had sex” app, I think that’s what it was called? Anyway it was about people who just had sex and they could post where they did it at it. I remember thinking that it was a great idea and was really psyched to see you pursuing your passions. It may have been a really old post, in the past I’ve been known to scour FST tearooms for old conversations.

I’m looking forward to diving back into the magical place that is FST. Particularly, I think tonight I will look for the lessons on discernment. I’ve been reading “The recognition sutras: illuminating a 1000 year old spiritual masterpiece” it is a non dual tantric text that was just recently translated to English from Sanskrit for the first time ever! My inner nerd is rejoicing over the fact that I will be one of the first people to ever read this ancient text in English.

I love FST and the teachings within but it is also lovely to read translations of the older tantric texts. The books I’ve been reading have been mentioning discernment and I feel like I still haven’t gotten a great grasp on what discernment is and how to practice it through my daily life. So I think that will be my starting point here on FST. (Any tips or specific lessons to go back over that touch on discernment are highly welcomed)

Mystress,  I once clawed at your throat because I was having a rough time with my own emotions and I am sorry for that. Not to make excuses but I am young, only 27 now, and was even younger when I lashed out at you. I am truly sorry and I hope you can forgive me.

I’m truly grateful for everything you have shown me and what you have done for all the great people here on FST and around the world with your various projects and writings. I really can’t thank you enough. Even though my spiritual awakening has been filled with ups and downs I’m looking forward to things to settle out soon. It’s been 5 years almost 6 since I woke up and it feels like there’s no running anymore. I’m really ready for Goddess to have her way with me because I am so tired of fighting. So tired of running away from who I am. So exhausted from resisting. I want to give up the fight for good. A true surrender.

I recently had a near death experience which has left me picking up the pieces. It’s still hard to talk about but maybe I will use your new tech to let go of this trauma tonight so thank you for showing me the new process. With that being said, the NDE changed my life around quite a bit.

Now I just need to accept what happened, let go of the associated trauma, make better choices, and move on.

PS I’ve gone through a lot of the lessons but am looking to go back and open the hearth chakra and looking for lessons on discernment. If you have any recommendations for that I am open.

I will choose the right path.

Dear Savas,

Lovely to hear from you.

Everyone's journey is different. Spiritual growth is not always a linear path.
IMO, spirituality is a private affair - it is about the relationship between you and your Higher Self (or connection to Divine).
Even though it is a private affair, we can still learn from and share with others in a way that is mutually beneficial for all.
Kundalini awakening requires practicing spiritual surrender - that is not always an easy thing for ego.
Even though spirituality is a private affair, people who have life-altering profound experiences such as K-awakening or NDE can benefit a lot from having a small group of friends and mentors.
Initially, ego death and trusting the K-purification process can be difficult and make us feel lonely, scared, and sometimes even paranoid.
When I was struggling initially with my K-awakening symptoms, I found lots of comfort in talking to people on the yahoo K-list groups (Hillary was one of the lovely people. After chatting with Hillary, I decided to join FST).
And people here on Tearoom have also provided me lots of good advice and comfort when I felt down or confused.

I hang out at FST temple in SL sometimes at the beach. If you are bored and feel like a friendly chat, let me know and we can hang out in SL :)

Discernment is not about grasping logically or understanding rationally. It is more related to being in tune with your body so you can listen to your Higher Self. I like the metaphor of a radio transistor. Your body is like the radio device. When your device is clean and free from static (fears), you can get clear radio signals. K-fire slowly purifies the vessel as we surrender.

When you are in tune with your body, you can discern better. So take good care of your body. Be kind to your body. Notice how you talk about your body in your mind voice. Eat nutritious food. Drink lots of water. Do some gentle exercise or walk regularly. Spend time in nature. Do some art when you feel like it. Rest is regular FST - practice grounding regularly - 8 times a day for 45 days. And as Mystress mentioned, anytime you experience fear, do Retro https://kundalini-teacher.com/karma/retroprevention.html

Hope that helps.

HUGS
