Probiotic Retention Enemas are Life Changing!

Mystress

A few months ago, I joined some cool fb groups for women with ADHD. I really liked the groups, the problem was most of the members (>60k) were stressed out of their minds and empathy with that had me spotting within two days, and two days after that, bleeding got really bad. I am too anemic already. I left the groups.

I am planning a cross Canada tour for the summer of 2023, teaching my new DIY tech for erasing PTSD for free, anywhere I can.

https://kundalini-teacher.com/karma/retroprevention.html

How am I going to be able to speak to crowds of people with PTSD if empathy with their stress makes me bleed like some kind of vaginal stigmata???

It was a devastating realization.

It got me to thinking how badly broad spectrum antiboitics for surgery in 2009 had nuked my internal ecosystem and killed my stress resistance. I had been purifying my body for years... my shit literally did not stink, it had an earthy smell like horse's, and my pee smelled like apple juice.  After surgery, the smell made me gag.

Thing is, I had known it would happen, had asked my guidance how to preserve my unique ecosystem and guidance basically showed me how to do a fecal transplant but with my own, set aside before surgery to re-implant after.  I had never heard of it, not sure anybody had heard of it in 2009, and I was germ phobic and squeamish and it was too weird so I didn't do it.

Huge regrets. Uterine fibroids, are a stress disorder that has cost me a decade of good health.

Fecal transplant is mixing fresh feces from a healthy person with some warm water and delivering them via enema to someone who needs the healthy microboita. It is a cure for irritable bowel syndrome and some related disorders. Testing has shown it can improve mental health too and even cause beneficial weight loss.
For sure I am waaaay too germ phobic to get a transplant from someone else.

So I had a thought: what if I skip the feces and just do the probiotics?

Looked it up and discovered it is a thing called Probiotic Retention Enema. Sending the probiotics up the other direction instead of eating them, they bypass digestive acid and go where they belong, colonizing the large intestine about 1000x more effectively.

Reading about the gut-brain connection was really interesting.   Important neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine (low with ADHD) are manufactured by gut micro biota. Toxic yeasts, by contrast can pee everything from alcohol to formaldehyde into the system.

So I gathered all the probiotics I had on hand, including some that were expired, because some might still be alive and its not toxic if they are not. I opened many capsules into a cup of warm water and rigged up a squirt bottle and hose. It broke and spilled most of it but the ounce or two that got in me had me feeling better within hours. I was amazed.

Round two I bought a proper device online

and spent days carefully selecting probiotics, focusing on the ones for stress and mental clarity.  I selected some for weight loss, while I was at it. (Lactobaccilus gassieri)

The difference has been life changing.

The terrible brain fog that I thought hormone related has mostly lifted.  I have much better focus and am back to work at some projects I could not get done before.
My internal self has more buoyant optimism, like I am getting my old self back.
My motivation is better, and the eczema on my hands has improved.
Sugar cravings are less.
I am feeling more peaceful.
dreamwalker said he could see the inflammation in my body fading out.

I am still vulnerable to stress but more aware of it and quicker to define boundaries. Managing it better.

So if you have been experiencing stress, or taking antibiotics, or having weight issues, I do highly recommend this!

How to:
With a regular enema, you use a lot of water to flush yourself out.
With a retention enema, you use much less water and try to keep it in.
Your bowel should be empty, so after your morning poo is a good time, or before you sleep.
Boil water to kill microbes and let it cool down to room or body temp.
Empty three capsules of what ever probiotics you have, into a container, a measuring cup is good.
Add a cup of the boiled water, stir well.
Let it sit a few moments to dissolve completely.
Pour it into the device.
Sit in an empty bathtub, a towel under you will be more comfortable.
The device has a pump on it, pump a few times to get the mix into the hose so you won't be making farts lol. (Don't pump air up your ass.)
Insert the enema end of the device into your anus as far as it goes comfortably.
You want your colon to absorb the liquid, not let it out.
Slowly empty the device into you, a few pumps at a time, never getting so full you feel uncomfortable.
Try to get the liquid to go into your large intestine, I found sitting up from laying down, helped compress the bowel a bit to push the liquid up.

Might take a half hour or more, be patient, bring a good book or your phone.

Your large intestine wraps around the outside of the small intestine. Move a bit, laying on one side then the other, on your back, even going on knees and elbows, butt in the air and lowering your torso to get the fluid to go up and in. Remain horizontal for about an hour to allow all the liquid to be absorbed.

That's it. Clean the device, soap and water is enough. Repeat once a week for a month then when you feel you need a refresh.

You can also look up how to do it.
Two things I am doing differently than the online directions:
1.) I went for as many different strains as I could find. (Pages suggest only introducing one or a few strains at a time in case of an adverse reaction.)
2.) Page suggested letting the probiotic powder & water mix sit at room temp for eight hours. The idea is it will give the dormant probiotics time to wake up. I think it gives them time to die.  They can wake up when they are inside you.

Talk about interesting timing - I came to look after a bit away again and saw this. I am going through something similar. I moved to Colchester about 8 years ago and when I did, I got pneumonia. I went on antibiotics and like you, my gut went into dybiosis and I developed psoriasis. I went through just about every external possibility until this year wondering if I had candida. My son has autism and probably also has gut dysbiosis and I stumbled upon this website - https://debugyourhealth.com/ which was a couple of MIT scientists who recovered their daughter from autism, but in the process also discovered their own gut health woes (parasites, candida, etc). They ended up eliminating issues with allergies even which has now become a bit of a pioneering science with new startups trialing the fecal transplants and overall gut health. The other funny thing about the website is that they do muscle testing with treatment which is quite similar to one of your lessons :-)

I am trying out something which seems to be working in my quest to 'reset the gut flora'. It is early, but in addition to learning that we probably all have parasites (yuk! we found that my son has them), it looks like I may now (like you) have found a way to do so. Fingers crossed for you and me! ;-)

The health of the gut ecosystem is so essential!

Food grade diatomaceous earth for parasites, and overall health.
