Hi Mystress,

I have some questions about the lesson on the Holy Trinity. I would appreciate it if you could elaborate on this statement as I find it hard to comprehend.

Edit... please do not quote the lessons in the tearoom, it makes spoilers for the new students.

What are some of the reasons people would be in a trance state? I'm asking because I almost always have music in my head. One of my theories is that it is one of the way I distract myself from the constant pain but I'd be interested in hearing your ideas.

IN the article link on Huna magic you provided, it talks about mana, and how it comes from the gods and needs to be directed where it was needed while shielding people from its danger. Would mana correspond to kundalini shakti?

Thanks!

When there are two things, it creates a third thing, the space or relationship between them. I don't know how to explain it more clearly, and it doesn't really matter.

A point of curiosity only, but especially valid for relationships. A person, and another person, and the relationship between them is the third. Like couples compromising "for the sake of the marriage." The marriage is the third thing.

What are some of the reasons people would be in a trance state?

People go in and out of trance states all day long, the usual reason is to facilitate communication with the unconscious mind.

Do you notice if the music has some message or meaning to you?

With music, it is often not the whole song but just a few significant lines that go on repeat.

Fragments of "Killer Queen" by Queen have been persistent in my head for two weeks, have not identified the message yet. Always thought that song was about a drag queen, not a born female. There are a lot of gay culture references in the song.

I suspect the vamp egregore is playing DJ.

Also when a song hangs around that long and starts to get tiring, the words get the Weird Al treatment.

"She's a killer Queen, ass like a limousine..."  lol not the original words.

It is referencing "Little Red Corvette" by Prince.

"Girl, you got an ass like I never seen
And the ride
I say, the ride is so smooth
You must be a Limousine"

"Fat-bottomed girls you make the rocking world go round" is Queen too and was popping up alternately, for a while.

My best guess it is tied to Minions of Mercy and DeM. I've been a hermit a long time and gearing up for public presentation is a thing. Maybe killer queen is my crone self, assuming killer means awesome and not, homicidal.

"Let them eat cake" giving the best tech in the world away for free. "Extraordinarily nice"

... it talks about mana, and how it comes from the gods and needs to be directed  ... Would mana correspond to kundalini shakti?

Nope it is Chi, prana, ki, that needs direction. Kundalini moves as Goddess wills.

Hi Mystress,

That explanation really made a lot of sense. Thank you.

As for the musical brain thing, it's probably partially what you said plus Nature/Nurture. You can mention the most random thing around my dad and he'll break into a song about it. He'll only know two lines of the song, but he'll sing them with gusto. I have inherited this from him as has my niece. We have been responsible for some pretty hilarious ear  worms. :) At times it's just ear worms, but a lot of the time songs have significance for me and what's going on in my life. There are days when my head is basically a soundtrack.

I think you are right about Freddie referencing drag queens. Lol the opening intro to one of my favorite drag shows is "She's a Killer Queen/She'll make you scream." Maybe for ice cream? :)
