The lesson talks about how enlightenment when K reaches the crown, and Self-Realization is when K makes it all the way back through the lower chakras, learning to see the Divine perfection in every moment.

So it sounds like enlightenment is the experience of Oneness, the seeing of it, and SR is the integration of that seeing?

Hello,

Mystress calls the final integration ascension. But as for the names and what they might mean I would rather not go into it too much. It is so that the process never really ends it seems there is always more integrating to do and always more to learn. Also maybe that there is enlightenment as an experience and enlightenment as a way of being. And so its not really about integrating an experience but perhaps experiencing life in a different way of being.
Integrating an experience might not be that difficult I guess. Because you would be integrating into an existing structure of “you” to produce an enhanced “you”. This might be needed too. But ultimately that is not the integration of enlightenment.

Love,
