What is sticking in me?

Hello,

Its all in perception right? Empathy? You judge what you see? What about the stuff you don't see? That you cannot knowingly sense with your regular senses? But you still get? Its kinda hard to surrender things you dont even know that are effecting you until later on when you find out.

My problem it seems is that I am taking on everyones stuff around me faster than I can ever clean it up in me. Thus I cant ever advance myself.

And just to be sure, if we do pick up on things from people. We give them to Goddess inside of ourselves? Or us in them? Not just them as they are? I once tried to give somone away to make them feel better so they would stop making me feel bad. But It just started to make things worse.. So I stopped.

And then if that doesnt work we to the return?

It seems that this might be one of those things you have to lock in to your unconcious so it goes off without thinking about it whenever it happens on any level.
