The violet flame clears karma wonderfully... I have been using the violet flame for years, but her technique of drawing it from the Earth heart works better. Enjoy!

Here are some of the commands to manage your Etheric Body.

To keep your connection:

"I reconnect to the universe and the earth at the same time."

To keep your energy fields open:

"I reset my four fields to the appropriate size and vibrational rate for my body."

Setting your Intention:

"I set my intention to use only my energy, especially in a social environment."

Using the violet flame technique

St. Germain&8217;s Violet Flame:

Visualize a beautiful violet flame coming from the centre of the earth, through your root chakra up to your crown chakra.  See it expanding through your physical body and out to the widest edge of your energy field.  See/feel/sense the energy which is not positive or healthy being removed and taken up into the universe where it gets changed/transmuted into pure Divine White Light from God/universe.  This Divine White Light then showers down onto you, filling the holes where the energy was removed to feed and nourish your energy and cells into wellness.

Clear your fields every two days or as frequently as desired.

To you clear your field you will need to contract your fields by saying:

I contract my four fields to 1 foot in diameter.

Feel the contraction.  Then read the above St. Germain&8217;s Violet Flame to clear your field.

Return your fields to their appropriate size by rubbing your Sternum several times.
