Hello everyone. I'm new to FST for about a week. I'm very excited to get the most out of the year long course. The first three days were so intense as the energy download into my body. I slept so much for the first three days.
I'm glad the videos are on vimeo so I don't have to download anything.

I first stumbled on Mystress"s kundalini email list almost 20 years ago, and thought it was boring to read. I didn't understand anything about kundalini back then because I was still in high school. Then 10 years ago I found kundalini-teacher website and I was hooked. It took me a while to successfully do the grounding technique because I just didn't trust it. Finally now I trust Goddess enough to take a leap to study FST courses.
