Introduction: I am a woman soon 40 years old, had K awakened 2010 in an Ashram in India, had no idea what I was getting myself into, but would probably have done it anyway since I was kind of desperate for something else. I have suffered from social phobia since I was a child/teenager and have been trying to break free ever since. Since K rising I feel less uncomfortable but still by no means free.  It is so bad because I have all this love stuck inside me but can´t let it out. I feel like it is killing me... So I am here to try and speed things up maybe. Love, Vin
