Hello 

I find myself here after having a spontaneous K awakening in 2007.  I was practicing meditation and dropped into what I now know is the void, and from I remember the next day K shot up into my head and that was the beginning of the process.  At the time I didn't know what it was, I thought I had gone crazy.   I came across the K teacher website later, and have been following the teachings of Ramana/Nisargadatta/Adyashanti as well - whose core teaching is surrender (Abide as the self).  All of the teachings seem to point as the same thing, what Adya calls "The Truth" seems to be what Mystress calls Goddess. The One.

I look forward to being here, the information shared is very empowering, I spent years in fear of the process because I didn't understand what it was.  El Collies website was the first I found, it validated almost everything I experienced.  I look forward to getting my life back on track, for the past 3 years the energy has been so intense working was impossible.  The pressure in my head is going down now so things are slowly coming back.
