i did the body talk lesson a little while ago and went on to the next lesson. on the course outline it says the next lesson is diet and kundalini, i was looking forward to this lesson but it skipped me ahead to the surrendering lesson. was the diet lesson taken out or is there a glitch or something?

One the lesson, there's a link to recipes, but it doesn't work! I'm interrested in making butter substitute etc, and was wondering if any of you have a recipe for it?

Mystress

This has been repaired. Reminder to students, do not post urls to lessons to the tearoom! or anywhere else...

John Black

thank you, the 7 years lesson did the same thing.

Mystress

The diet lesson was not missed because it has no video (we shot several vids but the sound was bad because I was moving around.)  I frequently refer people to the one on k teacher which has much the same content,  because its place in the linear order of lessons is less important than for some others.
The 7 years lesson is out of the loop because I was not happy with it and am replacing it.

I am in the process of making changes and updates to all of FST including updating the video format. Its a slow process because it is very challenging writing but some of what is coming through is so wonderful it awes me!

My problem is as the writing continues FST is becoming so large... most of those who actually attain the grail take 3 years to do FST as it is and with the new writing, new pages and homework etc. the content is becoming nearly 3x more.

So I continue to write what comes through but I am considering splitting it into two, possible some of what is coming through is meant for level 2. Trying to work out possible issues with current students vs new students and how to swing that transition. The new version is different enough, even the lesson names urls that it needs to be treated separately, cannot jump one to the other halfway along. It is not ready to go live for a few months yet. I may update the videos on the current version in advance of unveiling the new but we are still working out some bugs with the secure video streaming software being incompatible with my server os. Changing the os on my vps is possible but may break other content and I host a few websites besides my own so it's a bit of a mess to untangle.

BTW John,  I get an email every time someone hits one of the pacing walls, detailing who hit it and how many days ahead of schedule. I know if someone is letting ego over rule and disregard my guidelines for pacing themselves. I find it a little disrespectful, even though I know they only cheat themselves.

Before the pacing walls went up, I had someone blow through the course in three months and write complaining it was a waste of money... and someone else whom I had removed for being disrespecful to the point of being abusive, signed up again right away with her husbands name and downloaded 800mb, which represents not only the course but a chunk of the tearoom too.  Absolutely appalling behavior from someone who doesn't have a bit of understanding what "no" means and is not in any way mentally or morally ready for FST.  That sort of disrespect for boundaries is sociopathic, and sociopaths cannot become enlightened because they do not know how to love.

Recently someone wrote explaining they are going to go faster because of years of Tantra experience. I do not care. Most of what is taught of Tantra is patriarchal energy scarcity and efforts to control that are actually a setback when it comes to learning the path of surrender. A know-it-all ego attitude, is not an asset, it is a liability of preconceptions. Have to empty that cup if he expects to get real value out of FST.

Trying to go too fast has the effect of not getting so much out of it because the energy becomes decreased to not cause overload. Jeez, watching several FST videos in a row will get me overloaded and hyperactive, and I am in them!  Mind you the filters for students do not apply to me.

Recently I was teaching one of the shamans of my lineage about the secret magic behind how FST works. How the energy of information is encoded into the words and "between the lines" to be released depending on what the seeker is able to hear.  Students have often commented that they can revisit the same lesson over and over even years later and still get something new out of it. The Shaman saw, what nobody else but me knew. The energy of information encoded into each lesson is potentially infinite. FST belongs to Goddess.

Of course infinite would be overwhelming. Encoded into FST is an intention of pacing and gentleness, "to each according to their need and ability to receive, and not more than they can handle."   Your own DB does the filtering. It cannot be bribed.

The effect of this is the people who try to go too fast miss a lot, and do not know what they miss, because what they are missing is invisible to them until they surrender more deeply, set ego aside and become ready to receive.

When I evaluate a grad essay I get an inner sense of how much of the content someone really absorbed and whether its enough to attain the grail. Kind of like a mental pie chart. Identifying what they missed, is harder.

I would think it would be sort of obvious for someone to check with their own DB and discernment about whether they are ready to graduate, before sending me an essay but ... usually ego impatience rules the day... and if that still rules them then they are not ready. I have had people send a grad essay explaining they do not have a good connection to their DB. That spiritual connection is so central to the course I am puzzled how they could think to graduate without attaining it.

I do tend to dawdle on responding to grad essays when the answer is no. Of the essays I do approve, only about half will attain the grail soon after and most are advised where to apply more study before attempting the ritual.

The grail itself, maybe needs to be moved to level 2. I took 30 years to attain it myself. Students attaining it after only a year of study is just not happening.

So, I do not delete expired memberships and paying the renewal when the year is up, is voluntary.

You do not need a recipe, the info is there. Blend flax seed oil gradually into quark cheese until it looks like butter. Braun hand blender works best. Add maple syrop or spices as you like.

You know, the same discernment of food sensitivity can be used to intuitively create new recipes.

i did do alot of lesson in a row when i first started and get overloaded for sure. i havent done all of those lessons yet. i was curious to see what order the lessons were coming in so i just skimmed through them without reading and then i went back through them and bookmarked all of the pages. i did the mirror game lesson last week.

Twindragon: Quark cheese is called "kesam" in Norway, in case you are wondering.

After reading Mystress's post, I made traditional german cheese cake (käsekuchen) yesterday. It is made with Quark cheese.  The cake did taste exactly like the german cheese cake I used to eat when I was in Germany as a kid.
