This is where so much of my problems have come from! OMG!

A couple of years ago, I was sexually abused. Some time later, I experienced when I was trying to ground, entities that were trying to use my root chakra as an entry place to my body... Youck! :S

For a long time, I experienced this unconcious instinctive reaction I could not control, and knew it has something to do with the root chakra and was directly linked with grounding! I did something with the muscles etc, and totally blocked my own grounding when I was unconciously trying to protect myself... Aarg..

Goddess thank you for leading me to this information and thank you Mystress for having written it in the past! I understand so much better now... What it was all about... Hopefully things will go better now...

I didn't understand why I seemed to do something with my root chakra when I was around strangers, especially older men (unknown male abuser) that blocked my flow of grounding... As if I couldn't get away fast enough...

Goddess please take this insecurity and fear... And unconcious instinct... And everything connected with it, and please take the holes too, and please take it throughout the entire hologram throughout the entire omniverse of all that is... And please give me a new root chakra and grounding cord, according to my individual needs etc... And I ask my guardian angel to not let any innapropriate energy through there... I've asked the last thing before, but didn't understand my needs behind any of it... As i felt like innapropriate energy was in fact coming in through that chakra... But didn't understand how it could be etc... And if there are things connected, I have left out that also would be for my highest good and for my individual needs, Goddess, please do so....

It might be a good idea to ask the same thing about the crown chakra as well. It could be possible for the crown to be a gateway for entities to get into the body? Or place where entities might hang around and attach themselves.
I don’t know much about this, but entities trying to attach themselves to my head are within my past experiences…
I asked my GA not to let any entities that wish to use/take advantage of me in any way within a 10ft radius of my auric field!!

Yes, I have experienced that too! Often times they have lingered around the crown so I can feel and see them, but usually they simply are drawn into the light and go up and transmute... But it's uncomfortable in the moment... Crawly lol... But if I stay calm they won't manage to do any harm I think... The light above the head is supposed to be a place where entities go into to transmute into light, and flow upwards... They shouldn't be able to use it as a portal to get to the body, don't know if they can of not... But some clairvoiants who can communicate with spirits and dead relatives, sometimes say that they hang around the crown to try and communicate with the person they are attached to... Nice question, I'll ask the same of my Guardian ^^,

Just thought I'd share an experience... There was a spirit once, who kept projecting cold (propably emotional) energy at me, untill I was forced to actually be able to see him. A man who was standing at my left side once. Really trying to get contact. I could see him, and I could see him moving his mouth saying something, but I was unable to hear the words.... So with me, if they try to get contact like that, I'm eventually forced into a place/state of being where I can see them... And it's not comfortable Low boundaries perhaps

I think I actually got a new root chakra... And was lying in bed just feeling it. Then I experienced as if I sank deeper into myself, and then so clearly saw those around me. There were one spirit on my left side, and one below my left foot. Ususllay I get a feeling of very strong resistance when this happens, but with this new sense of groundedness I didn't feel bad. Like I was just observing... Don't know why they were there though:P

And for the sake of surrendering... I have a real knee jerker resistance pattern when it comes to direct interaction with spirits... And seeing them clearly, like I sometimes do... When I do, there's a strong resistance pattern in me that makes me drop out of it completely, and I ask Goddess to take this, after all, they can't hurt me :S I'm so silly sometimes... Please forgive me my monkey mind Please take this stuff and everything connected with it, in top down fashion from point of origin and please clean it up throughout the entire hologram throughout the entire omniverse of all that is... I never considered that the space above the head could be an area where entities may go and transmute into the light! Great insight, I love it when I receive another piece of the puzzle…

I’m usually only aware of this kind of thing when half asleep (in between sleeping and waking). The last time it happened, I recall a dark mass being drawn to the top of my head, my reaction was resistance; I called in my guides and asked for their help and to let me know what the heck is going on.

After falling back to sleep I experienced being approached by a heavy spirit, seemed trapped for a long time, he asked me to liberate him? I’m not sure how I helped him along (or that I could even do that).  I had lots of help I guess…I even asked him for a favour before he departed…he was very obliging (lol!).

I didn’t understand the message at the time, part of me considered that I may just be hallucinating; the other part felt a bit traumatised! But maybe this is what my guidance was trying to communicate about the dark mass drawn to the head region…liberation/transmutation?

Just a thought…Maybe spirits are drawn to you because they want your help and they feel that you can help them? I too have difficulty surrendering in this area. Also, I don’t have the ability to see/hear/feel very much on spirit levels. Generally, I think this is a blessing, but it can add to my confision when something happens and I dont know whats going on!

Interresting experience! Thanks for sharing They are unconciously drawn to us because we have a direct "portal" to the light. The beam of light above our heads that go up to source... They may not be conciously aware of this...

Gerenally it is about giving them enough unconditional love, so they can wake up and remember what they really are. And when they remember, they can go off into the light and transmute. But if we aren't able yet to love them unconditionally, it's best to just let our guardians handle it for us. It is also important to stay detached, by whatever resistance they may have that they are expressing... Have you gotten to the entity clearing excercice/lesson yet? That could possibly be of assistance to you But it seems you managed to help the spirit into the light anyway^^,

I've encountered spirits who are aware that they are dead, but for some reason still refuse to go into the light. Or they are so stuck in some place, and I just can't go there. Then I just ask my guardans to escort them out and keeping them away from me. These are some times manipulative, and try to take control of the body.

I'm good at getting entities/memes etc into the light, had a kinesiology session to see if I had any, and turns out there wasn't any lol! but I'm not so good at the dead spirits... Maybe because communication with them isn't clear enough... And there may be confusion from that... And propably because I don't understand their "stuff" that is keeping them stuck in the place they're at. Lol, I don't understand their illusions or where they're coming from Which is propably true and real to them, but not me since I'm at another level entirely... I just don't understand them:P

Got the impression that they felt the energetic walls and tried to bump their way through it. And since I was near the walls then, I felt them bumping into me.

LOL... I just remembered... There has been a spirit trying to get through my house spell for quite some time... I think it's the man who lived there before me, talked to him yesterday, he was propably confused. He didn't die at home, but at an older's home. I just told him the fact that he died and that this isn't his home anymore, and that his family sold the appartment to me when he died. That's why it looks different here, and the house spell was why he couldn't get through here without getting through to me first, like when I was sitting out side. A part of me propably gave him permission to enter. I think he tried to get through another time too, when I wasn't even at home, and I'm sort of connected to my house spell through distance so I intuitively got that information Strange

Mmm, I love my house spell.... Even I get shaktipat from it if I'm ungrounded lol:P

The lessons on entity clearing and house spell sounds very interesting! I’ve been doing 1 lesson/week, so I’m just about to start lesson 6 on grounding. I’m taking it slow; I notice that if I try to go too fast with something, I end up getting overwhelmed and ungrounded. It’s all good though, plenty of time…You have some interesting experiences Twindragon!

I found out what was the cause of all this "unwanted spirit activity". I had unclaimed my power over them! And I know exacty how I did it. Not that I have any power over them directly, but I do have the power to protect my space energeticly in the astral world where they exist! It all in the power chakra! I re-claim my personal power, the power I mistakenly unclaimed, that is my birthright to have, and a gift from the Goddess. I take my power back;) Thank you very much!
