   Well, you don't have to wait.. You can move onto new lessons even while
you practice your grounding. The course is set up to add onto the early
practice. Much of these first 20 lessons are background information.
Grounding gets easier the more you do it, and taking in the new lessons
while grounded increases your experience of it.

    Yep, the process continues and Goddess writes the course work.. :)  I
just take dictation.

     I like to sing along to my favorite music, stuff I know so well that
I can follow the recording tone for tone and breath for breath. It is an
interesting kind of meditation coz if I think ahead I lose the pace.

     I smoke, I eat potato chips and Haagen Daz ice cream. Other than that
I mostly live on steak and caesar salads.. steamed veg.  I'm allergic to
grains by my DNA.
    I'm remarkably healthy due to abundant K. fire.

    How long does it take you to establish a new habit so that is is
automatic? for most folks practicing 8x a day for 45 days will do it, or 4x
a day for 70 days..
   Once you get into the habit of being grounded more often than not, then
you turn it around and start noticing what un-grounds you.. but that is
much later in the course.

    I went to the location this weekend.....so amazing!! I'm putting up a
web page of my trip when my photos are developed.. just to share it with a
few folks.

    Will you do me a favor and try to send me course related comments via
the Tea Room? I'm sure the other students would love to hear of your
progress and experiences. As you are discovering, a sense of community is
the greatest balm to K.
