I've been doing the Grounding Ritual at least eight times a day, but I'm not experiencing what the Earth and Sky Energy lesson is expressing and would appreciate clarification when the kind Mystress returns from her well-deserved break.

I hardly feel the energy from the sun going into me at all (it helps if I do the exercise outside in the sun for this reason; otherwise it's fairly futile most times). Too, the earth energy doesn't feel heavy and peaceful to me. It SLAMS back up the hole, through my feet, and EXPLODES in my center with a huge BUZZ and CRASH (I'm not complaining, because it feels pretty good, but I'm not sure what this means ) Does this mean I'm really unbalanced or something?

Mystress mentions the various paths at the beginning of the video--water, fire, earth, and sky. Supposedly I'm on the Fire Path, but I'm not sure what that means. Is this why I'm feeling the way I do during the grounding ritual?
