For some years I have been frustrated with people trying to do the course too fast, and getting overloaded because they didnt respect the intensity of the energy... or sending me a lame grad essay saying they didnt get much of it ... because they tried to do it in a few months and so basically read it all and didn't do any of the work to make the content relevant in thier lives.

    Recently someone I removed for being rude and insane, re-registered under another name and downloaded 800mb that day... the whole thing, very disrespectful.
 
    So thanks to the efforts of one of the grad students, pacing yourself is now enforced. A new script placed every so often between lessons will check your attempt to access the page against your FST registration date and it won't give access to the next lesson if it sees you are trying to go faster than one lesson per week.  So if you encounter this, smile and go back to the earlier lessons and study them more closely at the proper pace!

[15:59]  Mystress: if your DB submitted to your ego control then you would never learn to surrender would you?

[16:00]  Mystress: it cannot act in ways that do not serve your highest good so it disappears
[16:02]  Mystress: it cannot feed your ego desire to control because that would increase the separation, make ego fatter
[16:03]  Mystress: it has to respect your free will too... so if you give energy to ego... it has to fade, step back and respect that
