Hello!

I've ordered a kelp mineral supplement and wondered if it's needed to take additional calsium-magnesium supplement since kelp includes these? Or should I ask my doctor about it?

I've also started taking hempseed oil, and feel it's really good for my body..:)

TwinDragon

Sorry that got a little wrong, kelp includes some kalsium, and kalium etc, but not magnesium according to what it sais on the product.. I feel my body needs the kelp but I can't feel intuitively on the calsium-magnesium..

But how much calsium-magnesium would be good to use as a supplement?

From Twindragon:)

I found out that some herbs actually include lots of these minerals too. I started making nettle infusions:)

I found that the spirit of nettle grounded me by just being in her presence (I made tea of some dried nettle leaves and before I started drinking it, I felt my energy becoming very grounded)

Looking more into herbal healing etc. It's very interesting:)

Thank you Goddess for wounderful herbs and for their healing...

Mari

Hi!
Looks like your own guidance works well, I would trust it if I were you  :)

Kelp is great, I used it for a long time but for a while I haven't bought it.
There should be posts about supplements good for K awakening, but so far I couldn't find them... What I remember and used myself has been kelp, good B-vitamin complex, flax seed oil (hemp seed oil is great), calsium (big dosage for me, at least 1 gram, I was breastfeeding full time 2 years), magnesium for the heart and muscles, and multi-vitamins. Magnesium is good to use for a while if you're going to chiropractic someday, it eases the possible pain during and after treatment because it relaxes muscles. Bone setting is recommended really especially if awakening is troublesome. I have also used loads of good quality fish oils. At the moment I'm using mineral complex for skin and hair, D-vitamin, cold-pressed oils, calsium magnesium, sometimes zinc, probiotic bacteria. I usually buy a bit more expensive supplements that should be more natural, not synthetic.

I'm interested about herbs but haven't used them much.. Mostly I have used herbs that help me to sleep like valeriana. Looks like nettle is very good for you! What I have found to be helpfull too, is Bach flower drops. Altho they are not supplements, they help with emotional turbulence. Over the years I have bought nice collection of them.

If nervous system is going a bit overdrive I think it's a good idea to take supplements according to your guidance. Often amounts might be quite big for a while, you know when it's time to take less. When I was in the middle of K emergence, I just went to shop and bought supplements that I later figured out were the ones recommended here. So, our bodies know what they need and we are guided all the way.

Yeah, I'm starting to trust it more and more... Got affirmation through kinesiology testing that the supplements I take now are good for me..:) Seems like your guidance work really good to:)

In kinesiology testing I had intolerance for aspartame, but I hardly ever eat anything with it, and another sweetener but that one is illeagal in Norway anyway:) And I had intolerance for gene-altered food like drapes without stones etc. And I'm led to using more ecologic food. Even ecologic wheat flour etc. I also had an intolerance for normal milk, but not raft. But that one seemed to be associated with something emotional as well.

Guess I have some stuff about food to surrender. And changing..

I think diet and kundalini is just as personal as each person is unique and has different needs during the process. Allthough there seem to be some things that are more common. I found this: http://biologyofkundalini.com/article.php?story=KundaliniandDiet

Cool! I've also used a lot of flower essence remedies, have a lot of them as well... Crystals too:D Allthough I'm guided to stop using them to much at this time. But they were really fun to feel/read. Especially feeling the vibrational qualities of crystals..:)

I received some new herbs today that I had ordered and found out that the energy of red clover made me giggle and that it could have an affect on my 2 chakra...:P And I found out that it's called the herb of fertility... But with yarrow I didn't get much of a reaction, and found out that it's the same herb I have a flower essence remedy of that is supposed to decrease emotional sensitivity (empath herb), and when I tried it I sort of didn't like the effect...

It's interesting to feel these things though:D
