Hi there,

I recently went to a couple of meditations on the 'East' and 'South' and I now feel as if I have a beautiful big dog walking next to my left side. It kind of makes me feel stronger, more whole....my Chinsese sign is dog, too.  It feels very real......does anyone know about animal spirits  and what it means? Before I felt burdened by being the main bread winner of the family and all the responsibilities that come with it but now I feel much stronger and more free !
