I seem to be, these days, motivated in researching about the Pineal Gland. Found some interesting facts I would like to share with the group.

I've become aware that after the age of 12 years old our Pineal Glands harden and calcify, thus blocking our natural ability to connect to the world spiritually.

Floride in our water supply and in our toothpaste contributes massively to this problem of calcification... I've switched to a natural toothpaste and drink only mineral/natural water.

I'm also working again with my crystals to help... after researching which stone would be best, and the one I have in my collection to save money, I found 'Pietersite' to be very powerful. I have a Palm stone that I slap on my forehead whilst meditating or watching TV. The buzz is awesome.

Already I have found an even greater enhancement to my bliss and oneness... it like I'm bursting and Ive only been doing this for about a month.

I'm hoping that this will give me the ability to astral travel and have spiritual dreams which I don't have at the moment.

Having second thoughts about the Etherium Gold, been taking this for only a week, starting to get some side effects… sorry for sending the information, should have given it longer before recommending it.

It a good idea to avoid the Floride tho, after a month of using Natural toothpaste I definitely feel a difference in my sensitivity.

I've also changed to using natural tooth paste without fluoride. I feel much cleaner now.

Same with deodorants, I use those without triclosan and aluminium. I don't get headache and itchy underarms anymore!
