Releasing deep karma

Just had the urge to share my recent experiences.

Been having pain in my back recently, really deep pain in between my shoulder blades, noticed that there is a grinding crunching noise when I move my arms. Asked my D.B. to massage the area and it was excruciating I asked her what is the problem there; she replied very deep karma that is welded to your muscles. How can I release this I asked, the only way is to go back in the gym and re-grow your muscles without karma, relaxed healthy tissue, she replied. Well, I had this pain, along with pain in my hips and knees before, years ago and I know it is connected to weight training. I went to all sorts of healers, osteopaths, and the only thing that worked was when I started Tai Chi, it miraculously relaxed it.

My D.B. gave me then a flash back to how I used to weight train with my mates around, maybe 18 years ago…

Well, I used to strap my knees to stop the kneecaps from popping out, strapped my wrists to give them support under the heavy weights. My mates would shout “ COME ON!!!  MORE REPS!!!  We slapped ourselves around the face to raise the anger. I saw myself and felt the rage I used to put behind my efforts…. All my hate, all my rage and insecurities I suppressed them with this violent force. What I know now, its no wonder I have problem with tight muscles, all that projection suppressed as karma feedback deep in my muscles.

I have noticed for some time how I seem to always be drawn to this area of the back to release karma. Well I took her advice and joined a gym.

The first session started ok, but it wasn’t long before I noticed feeling stirring in me. I noticed my reflection in one of the mirrors, my eyes seemed to resemble a mad mans ‘crazy eyes’ noticed people’s reaction to me, it changed, I started feeling really paranoid, feeling people dislike of me. I started to feel like I was needing too much from people, holding out my cup to be filled, my efforts where met with dislike. This really freaked me out because normally people tend to smile and want to be in my company.

Back in my sacred space of my home I started to focus on what had just happened, when I closed my eyes I could see the karma being drawn out like gluey strands of sticky stuff upwards from the fibres of my muscles. So it was working, but some of the stuff that I am observing is well deep and profound. A lot of shadow stuff to process and accept.

Sorry Mystress, This happened around a couple of hours before I was due to enter the recent Chat room session, didn’t want to be in that state. I am so glad that I didn’t shy away from the chat session, as what you discussed has been truly needed for me to work all this stuff out. Looking at the karma from the nose/sinuses area has been amazing in uncovering loads of old shadow stuff, that was buried deep.

Loads of work still to do, I suppose there will always be layers. I’m looking forward to going to the gym again to face a lot of stuff that has come up. It will be interesting to observe myself with the new insight and improved awareness that I have received from goddess by surrendering the stuff.

There is loads more to come, the muscle pain runs deep.

Just want to rephrase:

Been having pain in my back recently, really deep pain in between my shoulder blades

if I focus my attention on that point in my back is more a discomfort rather than pain...

That is a good clear seeing. That is exactly what the webbing of the myofascial tissue looks like , when muscles have been locked into place for so long that the tendons binding the muscle groups together start to grow together sticky webbing between the muscles that are part of why the body stiffens with age.  It really does need to be torn loose with yoga, exercise or deep bodywork.

Go into any computer shop and see the old geeks with stooped shoulders, upper torso permanently locked over a keyboard even when standing up.  They are not actually able to stand up straight anymore, not without a lot of yoga to loosen all the muscle groups glued together by sitting immobile at a computer for so long.  Thats what I was asking Goddess to give me a hand with repairing when I got rear ended three years ago.  Hmm whiplash physio was not quite what I had in mind but I'm stubborn enough to ...

I got a healing treatment from my host of the UK workshop... I cannot think what is the name of the type of bodywork, but it involved twanging the tendons like harp strings.   Cool to lay there and feel the vibrations of the twanging spread through the muscle groups. The interesting thing was the prescribed method was to do a series of tendons then step back 10 feet and wait.  Very smart thing to do, to get away from the immediate energy field of someone releasing stuff. Many massage therapists livers could be saved if they did the same.

This is in reference to people in the gym being scared of your crazy eyes... :)  In that situation I would be tempted to use a specific ugly mirror with a vortex so the stuff that you are releasing doesn't affect others and goes clean away.  Talk to your DB about it, only wear it to the gym, be sure to take it down when you are home again.  Ugly mirror set to reflect what is being released back to you instead of radiating off you, and a counterclockwise upward spiral to suck it away as it bounces back... the vortex of the Kundalini serpents spinning, sending it up and away to Goddess as it is released.

   Blessings...

Bowen technique? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bowen_technique

Mystress

Yes! Bowen. I kept thinking bauer and I knew it was not right.

It's great stuff. A better alternative to chiro, in the long run. It depends on the problem though.

Hope you're doing better!

I just discovered everything I was looking for is just inside me! Heh

I had a feeling once I started at the gym that I would have a bumpy time for a while, asked my D.B. if my intuition was correct and she said Yup!

To help with my projections I’ve been taking on your advice you gave us in the latest chat session i.e. use my *free will* to surrender my *free will* by focusing my attention on my heart… this has been amazing.  I’ve notice, that if I don’t do this now, using any slight free will action different to this would result in my whole body tensing up and I get pain in my joints… this is especially evident when in bed trying to get to sleep… being in the heart relaxes me.. From this centre it seems that I am miraculously connected to all the other chakras at the same time. I can feel that they are all open.

I applied the bubble ‘Ugly Mirror’ to see what would happen at the gym. I actually felt the emotions being lifted and drawn upwards by the vortex, cool experience… the weird thing though is it effected my balance when walking around the gym… looked like I was drunk ;) until I got used to it.

At the moment I am feeling rather fatigued, feels like my body is using my energy to process all the stuff that seems to be slowly lifting from me… being in the state of gratefulness helps to keep me together, along with drinking loads of water.

When I look at the energy it mostly feels like a childish poor me masking deep anger, so now and then, if the feelings get too much and start to back up, I surrender the crap up to Goddess, but I am mainly letting it flow upwards slowly.

I’ve been guided to up my kegel exercises, to gain more energy to be used to process all this.  Also my D.B. has given me the urge to make love to her more, so I set my alarm clock 1 hour earlier, so I have the time to enjoy the experience… this morning I warmed my fleshlights* and asked my D.B. to bless it so that it feels like I’m making love to her… Wow what a mind blowing experience, I had several body orgasms, the energy blasts stopped in the area of my back I mentioned instead of shooting straight out of my head like it usually does. It has created more karma though, due to the extra shakti energy, but like the saying goes ‘No pain, No gain. :) I can feel my D.B. embracing the stuff to be processed. Looking forward to tomorrow morning… wow :D

*Oh with reference to my fleshlights here’s a link for you guys

They boost that they are like the really thing, I’ll pay homage to that… and they never get a headache ;)
