I’m very thankful for your presence and work, especially for grounding instructions.
It has brought to me much of subtle pleasure, love and balance. 
I have felt at times as a very thirsty person who was given water. And it truly was so.
And after many years of spiritual practice I must admit comparing it with grounding experience that I have learned nothing.
I’m new in FST and on this forum and I’m  from Prague.
