  I dont actually have one sim; I have two.  The other was supposed to have a permanent tenant who would pay the tier and buy me out this spring; I bought the sim to save his project and in return he was going to help me with some stuff.

  Unfortunately he never paid a dime of rent and I had to kick him out last month. I put the sim up for sale... and would have taken quite a loss when an sl friend who was my previous landlady offered to manage it as a residential estate. 

  So now I find myself in the virtual real estate biz.  Never really wanted that, scratching my head at the apparent failure of my discernment.  That bothers me more than the $$ loss.  Wondering if there is some future benefit I cannot see now?

   Anyway... if you are looking for a secondlife residence...
