Thanks for the chat, it was fun. I had to sway, dance and stretch in front of my computer, but otherwise I seem to be able to handle lots more than some time ago. I think that Tummo initiation has changed my process. Thank You Sigmund! Chats are also good ways to see my issues. Now it's recurrent theme about trying to be more special and unconsciously making things a bit bigger or smaller.
I logged in to chat room today to check what I missed when I went to bed. There was very interesting chat about DB that is exactly what I've been considering for few days, have I ever really connected with my DB, or have I interacted with Shadow guide most of the time. Sad that I can't see the whole conversation about that anymore, but I think there was something for me too. I'm gonna send everything around me into light again...
