Flaxseed Oil?

Since starting this course, I've been taking the following supplements:

2000mg of Flaxseed Oil...(1000gm capsule form) twice a day.
1200mg of Calcium...(600mg tablet form) twice a day.
60mg of Sea Kelp...(30mg tablet form) twice a day.
Multi Vitamin...(1 tablet)

These amounts are the recommended daily intake, and state not to exceed them.

Mystress advisers...feed your K with Flax.

My question is; because of the special needs of Kundalini, is it best to increase these amounts?...if so how much??

I don't know what a nutritionist would say, but the 'sensitivity testing' Mystress teaches on her Kundalini Teacher website actively helps me to determine how much of a given supplement the body can handle.  I can't take the bottle's recommended dose of multi-vitamins every day without the kidneys starting to tell me about it.  Also, too much flax seed oil makes me feel weird with a smooth, jittery feeling inside.  A lower than recommended dose of both actually seems to do the trick for me.  The link is below under the symptoms/digestive changes menu choices:

Hi Dave
I take much more than the recommended dosage of flax oil...I am up to 4 tbsp of liquid flax oil a day. Used to take 1 tbsp, but my body started to need a lot more of it about 6 mos ago.  I judge how much I need by whether my body and skin feel dry or not.  I'm told that too much can cause diarrhea, but I have never experienced this, so I feel comfortable taking as much of it as my intuition tells me to.  I am curious about hempseed oil; in the lesson on diet mystress  seems to imply that hempseed oil could be better than flaxseed but I have not tried it yet.

Use your discernment to identify your correct dosage.

  I am not a nutritionist, I only offer some basic guidelines.  I doubt any decent nutritionist would advise you based on an email.

  The diet lesson of FST and the the one on Kundalini-teacher.com are nearly identical.

Yes, thanks for the link Pete, recapped on the information there, it really seems to work.

Starting with the flax;  felt what 1 capsule made me feel like whilst placing it in the palm of my hand, it felt fine, until I got to 3, my neck then expands, head goes a bit numb and tingly...so I'm taking the right amount with 2 1000mg capsules. No gut reaction though until I got to 4. But 3 didn't feel cool.

Repeated the process with the rest of them...and got different body reactions with each of them.

The only one that I am taking too much of is Kelp...dropped that down to just 1 tablet a day

I will make a point to do this periodically.
