I guess that the time would be ok for most in the American Continent: I think New York is GMT-5:00 (I don't know about winter/summer time), so the chat would be 5 hours before midnight, i.e. 7:00PM, Big Apple time.  Vancouver is GMT-8:00 (again, I don't know if there is a daylight saving time) so 00:00 midnight minus 8 is 4:00PM.
I am afraid it would be a bit late for the Europeans (1 or 2 o'clock or even 3 in the morning, depending on the time zone): I don't know if there are many Europeans in this course: We can have another chat at a more convenient time to them, if they wish.

Carla, if you can make it this Sunday, just confirm that the time is ok, otherwise we can pick up another time the same day.
