Problems with kundalini pathways

Hi Mystress and members

Wanted to ask your advice on problems with the serpents finding their pathway up to crown exit.  First a bit of background, about 1.75 years into my kundalini process I had a semi dream while I was just still awake where I witnessed and felt my kundalini serpent escape out of my left eye and then went back in the ear.  It exited about 2 feet only and well I thought that was a little strange but after a few weeks had the insight that maybe my serpent was off course big time and maybe something was wrong with the pathway on the left side.

Anyway since then about 3 different and separate healers over the course of the next year (last one last week) have told me that my serpent was twisted badly on my left side.  For me it explains all the pain I've had but I wanted to get in touch to find out from your experience whether this means my kundalini is blocked inretrievably or whether regardless it will make its own way through one day?  Its badly twisted at my sacral, heart and throat and some days it feel like its going down my left arm as well.  Anyway would appreciate any advice and help you can provide.

Irretrievably twisted serpents? No such thing, just pathways moving around blockages.

I think you need to stop giving power away to stuff like that, and get yourself to a chiropractor. You are interpreting physical pain signals as spiritual. A classic case of why the oldest texts warn not to pay too much attenton to the spiritual phenomena.

Looks to me like it is your body that is out of whack. Chiro, physio, and then learn some Hatha yoga to keep yourself straight. Do the physio first though and get the physical misalignments sorted before starting other exercise or you might make it worse.

Your Kundalini is fine. Welcome! Blessings...

PS: did you know it is bad for your spine to keep your wallet in your back pocket?

Hi Mystress thanks very much I was in need of some reassurance for which I'm very grateful.

It struck me after I sent you my message that things couldn't be irretrievable otherwise how else  would things have progressed thus far?  I'm still struggling with patience as the process has taken so long and has been so all consuming and I worry and panic sometimes.

You are spot on that my body has been completely knocked for six with the process and indeed any exercise has been completely out of the question.  I've being seeing a chiropractor and they've helped me through a period when my body had almost completely siezed up.  I'm only able to the most gentlest of exercises and doing anyt hing like yoga would be far too strong as it has a toning effect on my muscles when all they want to do is expand and become a size or two larger than they/I am.

Thanks again for your comforting words.
Lots of Love

Well, there is the spiritual- your impatience has put you at war with your body. Pushing the K to go faster than is best can have some nasty physical side effects on your soft tissue, nervous system, metabolic and stress glands.  You are paying the price of impatience- stop trying to tell the Goddess what to do and pray for mercy for your foolishness.

Make peace by giving love to the body, in meditation and action. Massages, by your own hand and another- you are very touch-starved. Massage will release toxins, stimulate blood flow and help the nervous system.

Karma in the body takes the form of tension, and the tension eventually causes the myofascial tissue to become bound up, layers of tendon sticking together and limiting mobility. The muscular tension causes lactic acid crystals to build up around nerve endings causing edema, swelling and pain... especially when exercise movement makes them act like sandpaper on nerves.

In your impatience you triggered more karma than your body could handle and now all that tension is bound up in you, and you need to deal with the backlog, on the physical. Healing massage and detox. No magic wand. No more looking for intensity, you had enough for a while.

Find a physio that specializes in myofascial release techniques. Double your water intake, gatoraide with extra calcium, B & C vitamins dissolved in, is my daily beverage. Bless it before you drink. Fish oils, flax seed, minerals, vitamin e... feed your body's healing.

I want you to commit to spending an hour or two, every day in self massage, saunas, hot baths with epsom salts and loving yourself. Giving love, attention and gratitude to your body.

The problems do not appear to me to be irretrievable, but I wouldn't want things to get any worse. I've met people who fried their adrenals and thyroid from pushing too hard and that is not repairable.

You must take time to recover your health.. and I would like you to do so before progressing much farther with FST. Triggering more karma is the last thing you need! This course is a fire path, and you already got burned.  Not more than one lesson per month, but you can visit the tea room, keep us updated on your progress. Keep grounding.

Enlightenment, is a body-first process. You don't progress by sacrificing the body, escaping it or denying it, but by loving it and listening to it.

heh, anyway, I am off to take my own advice. Blessings...

Hi Mystress

Thanks for your additional comments.

The explanation for pain certainly resonates with my own personal experience and it was wonderful to hear this vindicated first thanks to Jana Dixon%rsquos break through contribution of sharing her own process (ref see Biology of Kundalini).  Pain now no longer just means resistance, lack of grounding and all that old jazz.  Hurrah!  I had to long reject the old explanations and advice because they never reflected my own experience.

The best thing is that God-dess always guides you and again I%rsquove done deep body work for relaxing the tension and for pleasure as a result.  Reckon I%rsquom in the running for the title of Pampering Queen which I really love and enjoy.  Goddess has also taught me how to embrace and celebrate my karma, stored tension etc etc and I%rsquom pleased to say the pain has long left me.  May be as a healer from what you say I%rsquove been better prepared than most here?   May be I%rsquom making my own contribution by having been able to do this - who knows?

Forcing definitely is not an option either if the process echos the way stated.  It is unfortunate that only personal experience helps you to understand this.  God-dess directs and shows you the way and almost 3 years of complete devotion with no distractions like work etc resonates more as the opposite based on my own experience.

Only thing I know with any certainty is that while k is a general process for our evolution - it unfolds in everyone differently and uniquely and the gems of expanding our generally very limited understanding of it are in the differences.  In this regard accepting, speaking and sharing our own truth is key to us honouring the beauty and love of God-dess.

Thankfully you, Jana, and everyone I%rsquom connected with on the k front teach as God-desses teach that we are all our own best students and teachers in this respect.  Its easy to forgot this as so many books say you need a guru.  I think what was really meant was that you need support and support networks of others who are and have gone through the process themselves which is why is great we%rsquove all found each other.

Also in my experience as a healer nothing - absolutely nothing - is irretrievable and I%rsquove been a boo boo in thinking k is different. If I can be of help to anyone who believes they may have irreversibly damaged themselves through the process let me know.  This is definitely not the way of God-dess in my experience.
