Greetings All,

So first off, a quick introduction - My name is Zak and I've been working on the FST course for about five or six months.  I managed to stall at the heart chakra-opening lesson, largely due to a new job that drew most of my attention toward the mundane issues of employment.

While I have been meditating and studying off and on for close to decades now, I am not k awake, particularly evolved, or anywhere close to enlightened (actually, I could stand to loose a few pounds).  The further I get into the course, the more I work on my grounding, and the more I read the wonderful posts here in the tea room though, the more convinced I am I've managed to stumble onto a pretty good path.

So, on to the meat -

About a week and a half ago I took the Tummo initiation with Mystress (I was supposed to post something the next day, but I have a bit of an issue with procrastination).  It was quite a unique experience, especially so as we were joined by two of the Mystess' amazing students, Jaxx and Signmund.  Inquisitive as I am, it was rather interesting to me to see the interchange between her and her students as she guided them around inside me (ok, I realize that sounds a bit kinky).

Being eternally skeptical, it was reassuring that they, with amazing accuracy, described some of the bits of energy that were pinging about my about (or not pinging as they case may be) and manifesting themselves physically as heat or knots.  Likewise a couple frighteningly specific diagnoses of a couple of my personal foibles.  Given the shear amount that she has given to her students and the community, there shouldn't be any doubt, but it still is always nice to know one's teacher is the real deal.  She also has a fabulous sense of humor.

While nothing untowardly profound (visions of Buddha, lights, OBE's, floating donuts) occurred during the initiation it  was nonetheless an amazing enough experience. One thing that struck me was that she correctly pointed out that I had in the past made a firm rejection of paternalistic religion.  Turns out the lack of that male diety/energy is part of the reason I'm usually only able to feel energy on one side of my body.  So, she helped me get a good dose of Shiva and, low and behold, energy on both sides of the body (so phooey to those that claim Mystress is gender-biased or focuses too much on the Goddess to the exclusion of her male consort).

Anyway, the week or so following the session I found myself thirsty and tired (and managing to forget that she wrote that that would likely happen), but with a quite subtle but definite sense of inner calm.  A week and a half on, I find myself with more energy than I've had in a long time, while drinking only about half the amount of coffee I usually do.  I'm also warm, even though it has been chilly here.  Probably most importantly, I have a renewed drive to move forward on the FST course.

Alright, enough rambling.

Very beautiful Zak.

Yes, it's very nice to know that one can experience things that are amazing without the need of having profound visions and phenomenas, and still it is very special :)

Hi Zak!

We are all evolving together! It feels like there is something big happening everywhere and it is great to be a part of it isn't it?

All the best

Hi Iris,

It seems like there are more and more people breaking through spiritually and turning inward to heal and discover themselves these days.  I believe  that in my lifetime (life of my physical body) there is going to be a huge shift in global consciousness.  Some people say that is what the Mayan date 2012 is really about (although thats not really the basis of where I am coming from).

There have been big changes in consciousness before but I feel this is different and partly augmented by technology such as the interet.  Thats what I meant in a nutshell! when I posted the message I was in an ecstatic mood also and just typed whatever came out :-)

Of course

Yes, it is very good to be in ecstatic mood :)

Indeed a huge shift in global consciousness is what is urgently needed.
It is like children playing a certain game or living a certain age-section: this is patiently explored until too much is too much(including ice-eating). At some point it's time for a change, and for the toys to land in the rear if not kicked out totally.

The actual world-system is a bit hot-headed, as if heating were the only thing of worth. As the Mono-mania of "faster faster" proves futureless, people start looking for other possibilities, of more bliss.

I think one part of 'who we are', is also our system of common sense, social order, and change has to take place there too.

So it is not surprising, that we find recently "interesting articles", the one by Mystress about civility/politeness, and your vid about heart-memory; both confirming a growing openness of the mainstream toward mystic phenomena.
Although these articles cannot replace the teachings of FST, we can sense the part of truth in them(if they had attached a link to FST or Kundalini Teacher to them, they would be perfect).
The interesting thing for us is, that spiritual categories like empathy(in the article about civility) and consciousness of organs except the brain(in the vid) find entrance into mainstream psychology.

Clairvoyants are consulted by the FBI and similar investigation systems(UK), holy cows like vaccination and hormone therapy are widely becoming questioned, the leading super-power stumbles from one military/political disaster to the other.

BDSM-vices are also being brought into public, advancing sexual freedom(A couple of years ago, a british para-psychologist(R.Sheldrake) introduced the idea of morphogenetic fields, which is essentially, that a thought brought to maturity once, by just one individual will be re-invented more easily from independant individuals. Independant along the usual mainstream criteria. There we have the virus and how it can be spread and has been spread, and (it's pleasurable to think that i may help a little). Roses for Mystress !

Security risks(the police) have a growingly harder stand among young people, traditional cultural values and religion are less accepted, which leads culture and their security risks to radicalism, especially muslims christians, Chinese anyway; radicalisation of cultural identity is also observed, without religion: the relicts mobilizing their last strengths, seen by brutality.

So i see possibilities and chances as well as needs. It is very simple: Any possibility for a change to the better, for replacement of "long beards", needs a certain amount of resolution(deed) in order to fulfill the change; otherwise "the old Bull" stays in charge for at least another season (of further damage).
Then it needs be reminded of the "Angels in red suits effect". I guess the compromise consists in patience, let conditions mature, and only act when chances are real(Which might have been strategics of M.Gandhi exactly; i think he had a militaric option as well, but rose this power with cleverness to a point where British resistance had become no option).

Not all kids start with stopping overeating ice cream at the same moment, there will usually be some palaver before something else blissfull is agreed upon(e.g.: good guys, evil cowgirls game).
