Hi Everyone

Just wanted to take the time to introduce myself.  I completed the grounding exercise yesterday and shortly afterward I experienced the flow of energy from the base of my spine upward.  The experience was so blissful that I thought:  Wow, if the grounding exercise led to this experience, what would the rest of the course bring?

hi Akilah... welcome to the course... like you, my first experience with the Grounding was amazing, and that is when i sought out Mystress as a teacher (over 3 years ago)...

and thanks for the link... i have always found myself drawn to Oshun, although my knowledge of Yoruba is scant... and my inner Divine Beloved (info on this will come later in the course)seems to have many of Her attributes...
