hi...

the idea of thoughts taking on consciousness and being contagious brings up to me a question regarding rumors and gossip.  if a tale is told enough times - does this become a meme that can be given up to Goddess?  this is really interesting in that if i were to focus on releasing this type of meme, would those who hear/believe/exist w/in these paradigms be relieved of the negative energy associated with the tales?

   An interesting question. Tricky, because I don't know much about the circumstances.

Free Will is Goddess' law, so there are limits on how much you can affect what someone else does.. not at all, without their consent. If someone is attached to believing the gossip then they might not want to let it go.

 I warn about trying to do too much healing.. I have gotten swamped that way, more than once. It is best to look inward, change the world by changing yourself instead of judging what other people do. Seek to see the perfection, the silver linings. Every problem carries a gift within it, that's why "shit happens".

 Sometimes Gossip is Karma.. experiences to grow from, and such things may not be lifted. Being bothered by gossip is an ego-issue.

Richard Bach said "Live, never to be ashamed if anything you say is broadcast around the world.. even if what is said, is not true".

  I kinda hang onto that one, some days.. My reputation belongs to Goddess. I cannot control how I am percieved, and sometimes the Shakti-field brings up people's stuff and they project it onto me. You should see some of the mail I get! LOL!!

 To surrender something contagious, say "Goddess please take this, and everything connected to it, wherever it exists. It is yours. Thank you." That way the whole web of stuff will lift, if it is as Goddess Wills.

This course is helping me to do just that - look inward.  i have a difficult time hearing the heart light.  that's my focus these days - except i can't seem to help trying to open the 3rd eye more and more....i love these little psychic 'insights' i'm getting.  

I was rereading the 'aspects of consciousness' lesson last night - when you mention taking on karma, growing a shadow that plays a 'bad cop' on the student...i'm thinking you've done that for me at least once, maybe twice.  I didn't understand what was happening at the time, but it worked:  i did end up just giving it all up in prayer.

yes - i hang on to this one too.  of all of the 'maxims' in that book - it's the one i say to myself more than the others.

  Well, insights that are visions usually are 3rd eye related, but insights that are spoken in a still, small voice come from the Heart. Could be you are trying too hard to focus on the heart and the trying is getting in the way of the being and doing.. so instead the heart speaks at unexpected, unguarded moments.. which is perfectly fine!

  It does work, but it does tend to cause a lot of confusion in the student.. I appreciate people who can appreciate that aspect of me.. it is always going out on a limb a little bit, to play "bad cop".. Thanks for trusting me even when you did not understand.
