Hello!

I think I discovered discernment of the power chakra finally. My body has been changing shape for so long.

I find that if I ask a question that is very right or very pertanent it will get a huge expansion of the abdomen. If I think of something that is really bad it sinks. If the answer is no sometimes just no response. Or maybe I am still fucked up hah.

I find that there are some basic rules to it to which I havn't discovered yet. Like it won't noticably respond to confusing things. Dunno! If i'm ungrounded, the outcome cannot be predicted.

I find it hard to stay in a grounded state of consciousness at work.

Any insights, tips or experiences are welcome.

Scott

Sounds like you've got it. Bravo!
For me it is more like a chakra or energy sensation of expansion than physical, but the signals differ in individuals. Sounds like you have hit on the signals your body wants to use.

: I find that there are some basic rules to it to which I havn't discovered yet. Like it won't noticably respond to confusing things. Dunno! If i'm ungrounded, the outcome cannot be predicted.

It does not work if you are not grounded, it will get confused with the fear signals. If the question is not clear, then you often won't get an answer... but just rephrase the question or ask different questions till you do. Play "20 Questions" with your inner guidance. When making a decision, think of your options and watch your body respond to each.

: I find it hard to stay in a grounded state of consciousness at work.

Instant grounding into the Now: observe your breath. Not controlling it, (though sometimes a very deep breath, let out in a slow sigh can be very calming) but just watching and feeling your body breathe.
You will find that stopping to take a breath, will often give inspiration about how to deal with what is ungrounding you. A trick I learned from my Improv Guru Kieth Johnstone!

You can use the discernment response to help stay grounded. Just find an affirmation your power chakra always says yes to, and repeat it to yourself whenever you need a lift. "Goddess has it handled" is one I use.  "Thank you my unconscious" or "Thank you my Divine Beloved" are good too, gratitude feeds the power chakra, makes it glow and expand... and the Beloved adds a hug.

: Any insights, tips or experiences are welcome.
