I am soo happy that I was able to attend the Calgary Kundalini Awakening Seminar with Angelique, Glen and Susan (Rob and Mike where great also). I would highly recommend these seminars to anyone interested in the Kundalini awakening process.

You not only meet lots of new people interested in the same things you are, you also learn a ton of stuff and the laughing never stops!

The only bad part of the seminar was leaving when it was over and going home!

Was there really yabyum? I really get a kick out of imagining a room for yabyum... =)

Dear Scott

The seminar sounded amazing, I also apprieicated the link, it looks lovely.  I wish I'd seen it before.  I've been unsuccessfully trying to help Mystress update the files, but as it is I didn't do a very good job as I lost the original criteria!

Could you tell me more about it? I'd love to hear what it was like.

The seminars sound stunning

Thank you
Squirell

Hi Squirell and Sandra. The link for it is http://www.kundalinisupportnetwork.com/ .

Oh Yeah there was Yab Yum. Did it with one partner for 10 or so minutes and then the women changed one to their left for another 10 minutes. Quite the site I tell you!!! Personally I never felt anything while doing it, but afterwards I sure had the chakras pounding.

The "dance" meditation was amazingly powerful also. Had to go sit under a tree and bawl my head off for half an hour afterwards. You had to be there to understand how it feels. I'm working on figuring out what songs would be the best for one of these kundalini dance meditations and will post them on my web-site and let people know where that is when I'm ready. There sure is lots of music out there, that I have never heard before!

Lots of the exercises took me way out of my comfort zone, but heck, everyone else was doing what was called for so I just joined in and got the full benefit of the exercises.

The food and company was great. The camp we stayed at was really nice. There was actually equal male and female participants which was good. And like I said, the laughing never stops!

It's money well invested. Go 4 it.

I designed that site. Like it?
Glad you enjoyed the seminar, Scott. It was great to meet you!

We are going to be doing it again, Vancouver in June and Calgary again in October. The space rented for June is a lovely camp in the coastal mountains north of Vancouver, I think it is on a lake.
Y'all are invited to come to play!
