I was just reading the lesson on the heart chakra. I am having difficulty with it. I am really good at visualization I can visualize my chakras well except for my heart chakra. I dont really see any light in that area. I read that it is a cosmic promise to get a response from your heart and once I read that I was filled with sadness. I tried to  get a response from it and didn't get anything, I dont know if my sadness blocked the response. How can I get beyond this? Also I just received a tummo session with you and I was wondeing if it will eventually help with this.

Side note: Is there another way to view the lessons or do you have to start at the beguinning each time you log in

 Hello, Brent:

  Your sadness would block the response, and perhaps was a response in itself. Emotions releasing so the heart can become clear to speak.

 It is tough to be sad and grounded, both, and it is important to be grounded when you try to contact the heart.

 Be patient, don't give up. The tummo will help to clear your heart, but remember it will not automatically clear stuff that you need to be conscious of to make a free will decision to release. With that stuff, the fire will often rise to burn it away once you have agreed to surrender.

 Most karma, is just lint. It can be brushed off and there is no need to know what it is and where it came from. The tummo fire cleans all the lint stuff autopilot, but the stuff you need to become conscious of in order to make a choice to change, must still come up to get your attention.

I have struggled with the same thing, an apparent lack of response from the "heart voice".  I've still not heard anything audibly, but more and more frequently I've received thoughts, ideas or concepts, as I concentrate on the grounding.  They have been moments of clarity, to say the least.

I've stayed on the heart chakra lesson for quite a while now...probably close to two years, off and on, restarting from the beginning, doing the entity clearing lesson, etc.  

At first, I was frustrated and wanted to just hear the voice.  But, I had a lot of fear when I began the course and it is gradually subsiding.  I don't suppose this is "normal" for most students, but I am ok with it.  The messages I receive while concentrating on the grounding have become an education in themselves.
