hello to everyone....i am new to the tea room......i have been taking the lessons for the last 9 months.....the last two night i have woken up in the middle of the night.....feeling like my whole body is alive and electric....this is lovely.....except i am unable to sleep.....i have been laying there feeling the vibration and hoping to go back to sleep. could this be a symptom of the kundalini rising....i just returned from india, was initiated with reiki I and doing lots of spiritual work. any ideas would be welcome....thanks, felicia

Yes. Go to bed earlier so you can get enough sleep even if K keeps you awake.

I do not recommend reiki for Kundalites... you outgrow its duality, then it becomes a blockage. I often remove the reiki symbol implants when doing a Tummo initiation.
