I'm just starting this course, well actually just finished my first week, and am about to start my second lesson.

I want share how that's going and introduce myself to the gang.

I have actually been doing the grounding visualization for several weeks now, it was the first thing I tried and I really liked it.  

I have a text reader you know, so my computer can read outload to me.  I call "him" Computerhead, and he reads the guided visualization and I close my eyes and do it.

It works great!

So I have been pretty consistent for about 3 weeks.

Depression lifted, and hasn't come back.

Third eye is clearing up.  I am not clairvoynant in the usual sense.  I dont' see vivid imagery, except under special hard to replicate conditions.  But a couple days ago (after doing some intense Kundalini energy work and grounding visualizations) while lying in bed with eyes closed, I noticed I could see.  I was looking at a space in front of me, like a small room with the wall about 6 or 7 feet in front of me.  It's not much as looking with 3rd eye goes, unless you're usually completely blind in that way, then it's a pretty big deal!

What first drew me to your website Mistress, was that I was looking for more info on Chakras, and a link led me to your site.

I have been a facilitator for many years and have training and experience helping others release entities.  I really enjoyed what you have written about how to deal with and release them.  It's s\defintily in harmony with what I have learned and how I have been doing that kind of work on myself and others.

So I liked that as it caught my eye first, right after the chakra image (which was actually your animation on the Grounding Meditation.)  Next I read about Kundalini.

Well, I have recently discovered Chi and QiGong, and had decided to learn and do soemthing about my energy.  So I have been studying how to experience and work with Chi for a few weeks before coming upon your website.

So when I read about Kundalini Energy, I thought, yep, that's for me.  I've know just a teenie bit about Kundalini for many years, but because of all the scary stories, I have never really been interested in actually doing anything about it, until reading how you help people with it.  Well, all the sudden I am VERY interested.  And the more I read, the more I came to beleive that maybe, just maybe, my Kundalini has already started doing it's thing, and that may be why I have been the goof ball in this life, that I have been.  The more I read, the more my life has been making sense.

Although I have never had severe symptons, here's a bit of it.

(And a lot of these things are probably not K related, but I'd like to put them in, because frankly I dont kow if they ae or not and would like some of you all, to give me your take on it.
And either in a private email or in the tea room is good for me.)

Anyway, here we go (hope I'm not boring too many people with thus stuff

Was having a lot of consciousness shifting back in the lte 80's and early 1990's.  Oobes, astral travel, alternate realities, parallel worlds, higher planes, labels, labels, labels.  The point is, had a lot of em, and almost always there was some very interesting nd very educational about them.  I talked to a lot of the people that I encountered across the veil.

Things like "Hi, are you real and will you continue to exist after i leave or did I just make you up?" Or "Have you ever heard of the physical plane?"  Or..."May I have a drink of your water?" I've exchanged phone numbers with people over there, I've tried to bring back items for m over there.  I have been chgased by "bad guys" and found it very difficult to get back here to the physical on jus that one occassions.  I talked a child over there, once, after she came up to (I apparently looked a ghost or "spirit" to her, and she asked me if I knew her Daddy.  Her daddy apparently had passed away/moved on.  I got down on my knee and held her and said something comforting, I dont' remember exactly what, something like, "No, but I am sure he's ok, and he still loves you.  Before this, I thought, because I was in a "hihger plane" I wasn't going to be interacting with people whose loved one's passed one....Gee how little I really know about it all.

So I am wondering if all that ability to shift into or wake up in these other planes is Kundalini related, or just another phenomena.

I really don't know but wonder if this ability has to do with the crown chakra being more open.  This whole thing about chakras is also still pretty new to me as well.  But I am lerning as fast as I can.  Do ya think it might be the K that's opened up my crown chakra and/or Brow Chakra, if in fact they are "opened up"?

One thing's for sure, I respect the Kundalini, and am not going to rush it or push it.  Just going to love it, repsect it and surrender to it as best I can.  These painful awakenings...you guys got guts going THAT route!  My hat's off to you!  Me? I'm kinda chicken (bok-bok).  And well, that's another thing that has attracted me to you Mistress Angelique.  A more gentle, smoothe awkening, works for me.  And if it gets rough, or tough, that's ok, but I am going to pay attention to your instructions, and guidance.

One last thing, about 3 days ago I had a wonderful experience acoss the veil, I had been doing my Kundalini and QiGong (Chi Energy stuff) and things like that, and that night I met this very precious, darling, loving girl.  I was on my way to her, as she was facing away from me, as I got close, she turned around and looked right at me, smiled, and said she'd made a decision, and then put her arms around me gave me big kiss.  Well, I had just made a decison too, about her, and long story short we embraced, kissed, and all in all it was a very real, loving experience.  I have met quite a few girls across the veil over the years, but because of the synchronicities recently, I thought I'd mention this meeting.

Now I am not saying this pretty young, woman was you Mistress, I really have no idea, suppose it could have been but, there was no "names" or identities as such.  After the experience, I shifted back to the physical plane, and a day or two later, I started wondering about it.  I kinda think it might be Gaia, Terra, Mother Earth, coming to me in this feminine form, because I have been doing some very intense meditation and energy work in that direction, lots of love and all that toward her and for her, and I like to think of her in that form, a beautiful, loving, nurturing (awsomely powerful) young girl.

Like maybe she's coming to me in this form cause I can relate to her better that way.  But again, I don't really know about that.  Her physical features were of course ideal, pretty, young (about 16-22), brown hair, cut short, shapely little figure about 5'5" - 5'6", and seemed like my true love at the time.  So it probably was, coming to me in yet another form.  I wanted to mention it though as it was a synchronicity with me making decisions recently about Kundalini and learning and all that.  And I think it's part of my transformation.  It's certainly in my journal as such.

Hello Lucky!!!

I really enjoyed your mail and wish you lots of luck with the course.

I wanted to say thank you for the mail because (probably the bit that wasn't meant to be picked up on!)of the text reader idea.  I been given that programme for my dyslexia, but as with the other stuff, I had problems getting my head round it and had not used it.  
After reading your mail, I tried again.

Its so funny!! On the programme I've got I can pick different names such as Mike or Bob.  Stuck with Mike at the moment though because I can't get it to stop...there he's stopped now. It reminds me of "electric dreams".

Its a bit metallic for me, but I really enjoyed trying it, so thanks for the prompt for a giggling session.

I'm going to try dictaphoning it instead.

On Mystresses healing site theres a chackra meditation with colours which is lovely.  Its the CD one where you look on the back of a CD to see the different colours to help.  I personally haven't managed to get very far with it yet but it feels really cool and may interest you.

Just two more comments and then I'm off.

2) The bit where you thought you met Mystress. How strange.  I had a similar experience recently when I was dancing in my room.  I'm giving it like a nut (angry dance involving putting on angry music and prancing about with Goddess lividly) and suddenly I get a really clear image of Mystress walking towards me, I'm still dancing ( warrior style now) and Mystress stands next to me, grabs my head and gives me a firm kiss on the cheek!! then dissapears. I legged it back to my bed because its was abit frightening and I don't like people in my room, but it was so funny I giggled for ages.

The good thing about Mytresses way is that she doesn't astral plane into your home with out permission, something that when I first started was really important to me.  But on this occasion I was dancing with Goddess and though I never expected it, I'm glad that Goddess turned up in someone I could trust.

I use TextAssist 4.0 text reader by Mindmaker.  I think it costs about $60.00.

I have checked many, many text readers and have gotten 3 of the earlier versions of TextAssist.

It is one of the best.  To get something better costs ALOT of money, probably over $500, and more like $1,000 +.  

This one I use doesn't sound metalic at all, but I know what you mean by metalic sounding.  This  one's pretty sophisticated, with male, female voices, you can change pitch, tone, speed, articulation, all kinds of things.  

I could email you a sound bite or wav file of this one reading part of the grounding visualization, if you'd like.  Don't know how big the file would be, but if you're interested, can do.

I personally love how well it works.

I have considered recording my grounding visualization script and then listening to it, but haven't tried it yet.  Let me know how it goes.  What I like about the text reader script is you can change words and phrases instantly, putting in more colorful details, and descriptive words that light up your visualizations even more.  I have 30 revisions of the grounding visualization script so far.
But it's something I really enjoy doing.  each script gets a little "deeper" or smoother, somtimes more "wordy" some times less.

I listen to it about 4 times a day.  And I do the other 4 meditations the "quickie way" without the reader.

Yes, Thanks! Her prismatic CD thing is a great idea for holding in mind the colors.

Oh.  I was talking about people "across the veil" or something like that.  

That would be, people in the non-physical planes.  There is a veil of unconsciousness between us and them.  Which means when we astral travel, have an oobe, or shift in consciousness to another palne, most people actually go unconscious for a least an instant, before reappearing "across this veil" of unconsciousness, in another plane or dimension, once again fully conscious.

Interesting too, because I too, dance to "angry music" sometimes.  I have the Best of Queen:  i.e. Rock You, Another One Bites the Dust, and stuff like that.  I actually do an energy dance and a version of the Kundalini grounding exercise while dancing to powerful music too, some angry, but always passionate, some very happy, Al Jolsen's greatest hits have a lot of happy, joyful theme, what a mix, Al Jolsen, Queen, QiGong and Kundalini!  And then there's the Cherokee Indian Dance bit in there as well (it's in my blood).  So anyway, I can really relate.  Thanks for sharing that.

I know!  As much as I look forward to third eye opening fully, I know that sometimes when I see extremely vivid imgery, I get a knee jerk reaction of surprise, it's actually startling, and snaps me out of being able to focus in the way I need to, in order to see the stuff.  I have been doing things to change that, but it takes time.
