The last couple of week i have felt pretty clear in the lower chakras, but the top feels a bit congested. I have tried to encourage the energy to move out the top of the crown with some success.

A few nights ago and while asleep, I felt this dazzling energy move from the sex chakra straight towards the crown. I then felt a surge of burst of enegry and then the sound of thunder, which I thought was pretty amazing.

At this point, I feel top heavy. Light and nimble in the lower chakras and heavy from the heart chakra on upward (heart, shoulder, throat, head). Any suggestions about how to move these energies upward?

I've not been much of a spiritual person, but have always had a deep appreciation of the arts, nature and joyous experiences, but not much that we could call spritual in practice.  I wonder if this has anything to do with the top- heavy feeling in my body.
