dear embodiements of love :)

I have reached lesson number 28 and was really looking forward to hear your view on diet. To my horror (hehe) I found that it is not on my cd-rom, it is only in the course outline.. I checked your webside, but it´s not there either!! Of course I could ask my body what it needs.. but 30% of the time my tongue answers :)I was really looking forward to get your enlightening view on things mystress. So did you remove it by mistake or are you testing the readyness of your students :)

Since all spiritual people at one point or another has to re-evaluate the way they feed the body.. I would be very interested in the findings of my fellow man/woman.. and to hear how you go about bringing spirit in to matter.

I have examined the instincto way (raw food).. and even living on light. But I found that one connect to not so nice things, in the light food processes that are available on the planet so far. Have any of you found a good balance yet, or are you all so advanced that you can eat poison with no side effects? :)

Blessings from Denmark

Hey starbrow!

kewl nickname.

I looked at your post and I remembered Mystress saying something like eating red meat helps lower vibrations and stay in a harmonious way sometimes.

I found and ever better link when I did a google search that I started trying 5 minutes ago.  Here's the link, I hope it's useful for you.

Here's a quote from her

"I eat MEAT! Most of my childhood and adulthood I was a vegi. After K awakening, I found out that if I ate meat I could live on this planet, otherwise I space out, don't eat anything that is not spiritual in nature, I float away with energy, burn up with it, even. To me, meat is the weight that holds me down on this earth, I have responsiblities here and when they are gone, I will no longer eat meat and float away into samadhi.
An intriguing corollary, and possibly what makes this discussion so volatile, is the nature and sense of identity we have based upon our diet. When I was a vegetarian, I *was* a vegetarian. I self identified and was identified as the *vegetarian*. Oh, the contortions though which I put my loving friends and family! Finally, the wise Mullah taught me some manners...or maybe it was his donkey?"

And I got that information from this link:

she is awesome, and everything she writes has a youthful sense of humor that is not often associated with spirituality, and yet, she proves that you can be funny, kewl and spiritual at the same time.
