I have begun working with the Taoist practice of circulating energy from the base of the spine, up to the head (the "back channel") and then back down from the head to the belly (the "front channel").

I am curious how others circulate sexual energy or if Mystress has advice on how to do it.... the part that confuses me is breathing it down to the belly instead of all the way down to the base of the spine.

Microcosmic orbit.. I am familar with it, but I don't teach it. The second chakra is the main one for sexual energy, and sending energy downwards into the root chakra can have some unpleasant effects. Just do the grounding, Seth.

I am open to that, though I want to check in...

I am currently doing a chi-gung practice which builds sexual energy, along with shooting for (not sure if it will happen) 100 days of celibacy.

All that, plus my K very active right now, and.... it is bikini season in Santa Cruz.

Will doing the grounding be enough, to handle my increasing friskiness?

Thanks for sharing your ideas around sexual energy... and the idea of energy scarcity that is inside ideas like the Macrocosmic Orbit.

To be honest, it really was from a place of fear that I was going for the idea of "saving" sexual energy... now I am realizing:

There is a much more pleasurable way of saving it- have sex and don't ejaculate!

That- and, as you suggested- giving my orgasms to the Goddess. Yowsa. I love that idea!
