Emotions: how seriously should one take them?  Are they real?  

I read recently that we teach our cells to react emotionally by what we consider to be a "normal reaction".

Is it simply a matter of changing my mind as to what I consider a normal reaction? What is a non-dual way of feeling emotions?

Mystress, I really love the new site! I especially like the tornado visualizations. I find them very useful for when my emotions are going haywire. It's a very quick calming method. I find it also good for when I'm getting emotional in public, and don't have an immediate outlet for my emotions. Thanks!
