What is tummo fire?  I've been thinking about what I've read in various postings, but I don't know where to look to see the definition of what it is.  It is not listed in the services you offer.  Please give us some information on this.

(I always love the buzz I feel when visiting any of your sites)

I have just finished reading the most incredible book.  Any of you who are introverted will find it most helpful and wonderful:THE INTROVERT ADVANTAGE-HOW TO THRIVE IN AN EXTROVERT WORLD by Marti Olsen Laney, Psy.D.  It gave me many a-hah moments. I am VERY Introverted.

  There is a lot about tummo fire in last years tea room archives, including the experiences of many who were initiated. A definition is in the link, below.
