Hey guys,

My name is Von and I am a new student here. I joined the FST a few months back and have really decided to start the course. I have one question to start with? It says to do the grounding 8x a day for 45 days. Now I am a bit confused because does that mean that only  do the grounding for  for 45 days or to ground 8x a day for 45 days while i am doing the lessons? So if anybody can help me out that would be great. Well just wanted to say hi and I am excited about this journey!!!

Welcome to the Tearoom, I am a fairly new student too and what I did was started the grounding 8 times a day the very first day I started reading the lessons, doing one lesson per week. I am now up to day 65 of doing the grounding.
My progress has been slow but I have faith that things will happen as Goddess wishes. Well this is what I am trying to surrender to.
My groundings most of the time are happening much quicker than when I started and sometimes quite automatically meaning I can feel tingles coming into my head, down my body etc without actually having to visualize the whole 7 or so  minute grounding video.

  Hello Von, and welcome.

  Yes, continue doing a lesson per week during the 45 days... I thought I had already altered the lesson to make that clear, since your question has come up several times with other students.  I do not see the changes. I think it was the instructions on the virtual space registration page that was changed.
