Hi Mystress and everybody

Promised to get back to you on my progress and I want to say thank you for your last advice which was great.  Found out that my symptons were being intensified by having my mother's spirit attached to me.  I've sent her to the light which is fab.

Wanted to ask you however if its possible to get your serpents twisted.  I've sensed that my left(ida or pingala?) and middle serpents may be twisted between the solar plexus and heart chakras and was wondering what I could do about this and whether you could suggest anything please?

I don%rsquot know if this is relevant for your question, but in traditional yogic symbology Ida and Pingala are crossing each other (and Susumna) in every major chakra all the way from the base chakra up to Ajna in the middle of the head.

Hi Thanks.  Yes I can feel them crossing all the way up and luckily the extra crossing I was feeling turned out to be a block with very many layers. It's incredible how absolutely every part of one is being cleansed/purified and every block is being dissolved.  I'm also getting messages of wisdom and being from the dissolving of the blocks - both my own and larger collective consciousness coming through.  Words can't do justice to describe the transformating process.
