question on grounding

I was wondering.  Is the whole sending the energy down to the earth core (red crystal), a metaphor for circulating the energy down to the bodily base (red chakra)??

To put it another way, if you were to ground youself while doing a headstand or upside down, you would still be drawing the energy (up in this case) to your bodily base from the head and then back down and out the top of the head?

If this is not a metaphor, then while doing a headstand you would be drawing the energy down into the feet and then down and out the head to the earth-core.

Not that I plan to spend a lot of time upside down.  But this is a way of illustrating my question.   I imagine the grounding is a circulating of the energy from the head down the frontal line to the perineum or bodily base, then back up the spinal line and out the top of the head.  Thus creating a circle of energy flow?  Just that without this metaphor people may tend to not bring it fully and all the way down?

No. You need to connect to the Earth to be grounded.

Heh, this is why I suggest when people first start grounding, they do it sitting upright. Once the connections are established, then it doesn't matter if you stand on your head.

That would be the microcosmic orbit, not grounding. Different effects. Blessings!

Daniel, just to clarify:

When doing a tummo initiation or karma clearing, energy body repair, one thing I work on is the lower grounding cord... from feet to Earth center. The lower cord can be bent, broken, have parasites or blockages, and is often not plugged into the earth heart properly... when these things have been repaired there is a definite increase of Shakti energy, and stronger foot tingles.

Not all the chakras of the human body, are within the human body. The earth heart is a chakra, so is the Sun, there is another at the center of our galaxy, and another in the center of the physical universe, where the big bang happened, and yet another in a center that is purely spiritual because it is impossible to find the middle of multidimensional infinite.

In the physical, scientists say the core of the earth is iron, solid because it is under extreme  pressure, and fiery... 4300 degrees C. It is a single hexagonal crystal.

Crystals tend to be more conscious/sentient than the average rock, and a hexagonal iron  crystal 1500 miles wide... is Gaia! Mother of all life on earth.

The core spins at a slightly different speed than the planet, and this generates friction electricity which turns the core into an electromagnet... the source of the Earth's magnetic field.

The measurement of Earth's magnetic field is called the Schumann resonance, and healers have the same vibration.. become resonant with the Schumann resonance, to heal. You become resonant with it, when you get grounded.

There really is a fiery crystal at the center of the earth, and it really is a Source for humans. It is not a metaphor. Blessings!

Thanks for the clarifications!

I had assumed the whole red Crystal at the center of the earth was a romantic metaphor.  But I see now it could actually be the case.

My problem I think MAS, is that while I can feel energy descending and sometimes ascending from the bodily base.  I don't get a tingly feeling in my feet when doing grounding.  In fact I don't really get any energy sensations in the legs and feet.  Do others on here?   So I assumed there was nothing happening or rising up from the earth core and the only energy was rising up from my own bodily core.

Probably I have some blockages in this "cord" to the earth core then.
