Since sharing is encouraged, I will continue to share some of my experiences and insights coming with this course. :)

Bodytalk is one of the lessons I've decided to stay a bit longer with than the usual one week duration. Becoming more deeply in tune with the body is a beautiful way of bypassing the usual analytical approach to things. And it's deeply needed! My body was denied for so long.

It's incredibly fascinating to observe the bodytalk, when writing posts, reading posts, looking at lesson videos or talking to people. Often I find an ego inclination to suppress the impulses, to hide them.. Like the bad actor. O.o Tighten the stomach, hold it back. Also body talk! Telling me exactly how silly and repressive I am acting in that moment.

My heart and gut seem to speak more than my fingers, but that's alright. Watching the videos, I've noticed a lot of bodytalk going on. Tingling, moving, shifting, some twitching here and there. Not sure what it all means though. They often tend to be very directly in relation to the class though!

The most direct experience was with the "Raising the Serpents" video. As I focused on the body rather than the words of the video, my spine was shifting, fireflies burning up through it. I've experienced that before, but it was rather neat to experience it directly in relation to the information coming to me.

Very often while watching the videos, there are sensations in the eyebrow center. First a tingling sensation, then a penetrating feeling that turns my attention inwards. The information I got from that was that a lot of the stuff you communicate through the lessons come through the third eye. Kinda like flipping on a receiver. "downloading... ..." :D

Thanks for letting me share!
