Moving energy up the throat

Hello!

When I push the tongue slightly forward so that the back of the throat opens up, I feel and hear an energy roar upwards through throat and ears.

It drains my headache and opens up my eyes almost instantly!!! It sounds like when you listen to the ocean in a sea shell.

I have to stop the energy flow after a while as I feel that I have hit sort of a threshhold.

I perceive this to be analagous to the kechari mudra.

Just thought that I'd share!

  I suspect it has more to do with the position of your tongue, than whether your throat is open.

 Touching the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth just behind your front teeth completes an energy circuit. Mine sticks there naturally, so I tend to forget to teach about it. Guess I'll add it to the update!

I actually find that my tongue likes to curve concave down. My Jaw likes to sit a little bit open, with the tip in between the upper and lower jaw.

When I touch it to the top, it forces its way downwards. I have an oddly shaped head and neck.
